Many people I know still drive in town or to the bank to pay their bills. Many were furious when our company went to computer based to apply for days off and vacations. Pay checks put into personal bank accounts. Stopping 401K information sent in the mail. Dragging people kicking and screaming to the computer to learn. I have problems with this tactic honestly. Its again a control issue and I really like the slower life and choices. Choices are no more given...do as told. I'm one of the people you described. My husband does everything on line and pays the bills. I go to Walmart and get in line no matter the length of it. I... people watch and enjoy the time. When the people at the register say they are sorry for the wait....I respond...I'm in no hurry. I LOVE BEING RETIRED AND HAVE TIME.
I take books in my purse often to read while in lines/doctor offices/ball games/race tracks/etc. and drive places for scenery not short cuts for time. I DRIVE MY ORGANIZED HUSBAND CRAZY AT TIMES...LOL

Very good. There was a fire in the Lake Tahoe area several years ago, and many people lost their homes and cabins because they weren’t allowed to clear the area surrounding them. Except one guy, that got on the news and said he ignored the stupid regulations and cleared his area anyway, and that’s why his home didn’t burn. Then a lot of people started talking and blamed the stupid regulations for losing their homes.
