Or we need to electrify what fence we have. Living in an area where a single wire keeps an entire herd of cows in a field with one solar powered battery it’s a cheap efficient method of determent ! It doesn’t kill the animal/person but it certainly make one think twice about going near the fence again.

your treatments sound good. I had the laser by my chiropractor done on my ankle ( Trimalleolar - all bones broken and foot/leg separated).

He did it to speed up healing of the foot. It did relieve the pain somewhat (which is still here - 5 years later). He combined it with heat and traction/stretching. Felt so good afterward

I had not heard of the needling. Sounds like you at least have a little room for hope for improvement.
