How long does it take to recover from Tendonosis? "Tendons take a long time to heal because the blood supply to tendons is typically low. Tendinosis may take 3 to 6 months to heal, but physical therapy and other treatments may improve the outlook. A person who has tendinitis can expect a faster recovery time of up to 6 weeks.Jan 9, 2018"
I think I had tendinitis from having to help my husband get up. Dr. prescribed Gabapentin for the pain. It has been about six weeks and it is getting much better although when I moved it a little while ago I could hear and feel the SNAP! I know there is a big difference between the two.
I pray you keep on getting better.

pax Keeping us out of trouble? Well, if you know her at all, you know its just the opposite :-)
Yeah I finally had to kick him off so I could use the heating pad. My arms felt great all day so I probably did more than I shouldve and By evening I needed the heat. He was gracious about it, and just climbed into my lap.
Thanks for that video of their arrival in FL.
Seems to me that there were many more SS agents around Trump and Melania than usual, even for the rope tour.
Methinks the Deep State knows that time is short for them.
Thanks for the reminder spunky. I do need reminding often. Today was really the first day that I felt pretty good and I did more than I shouldve. I actually peeled potatoes! And then I squeezed a sponge. Normally squeezing a sponge just brings shooting pain into my elbow. And today it wasnt half bad.
Just like you said, the physical therapist also said it will take a while for me to get better. Especially since Ive had this tendinosis building up for about four months. So it will take at least that long to get back to normal. From what she said, tendinosis is when you have tendinitis recurring over and over. Then micro tears appear in the tendon. And it needs to be treated different, I didnt start getting better until I quit all anti-inflammatories and quit using ice. Those was actually stopped the healing.
So now Im doing nothing and I just have the heating pad. I need to remember that even if I dont feel pain, I am not cured! Not yet.
What is the medication the doctor gave you, was it an anti-inflammatory or a pain reliever? wow, Youve had your tendinitis quite a while. I hope you were able to stop the activity that caused it. Where is yours? Mine is in my elbows.
My last post was not clear.
I think the Deep State thinks that time is short for the Deep State themselves.
The word “Them” was confusing as to whom I was referring to.
I hope youre right.
LG taught me everything I know.
Thanks for all of your posts, jennychase.
Your hard work is very appreciated.
I know, LG has always been the mastermind around here.
I pray you are right!
Re: tendinitis
I have an injury in my wrist from a home project I did in June . Funny thing is when I was doing the project nothing hurt. It started the next day. I used a good stapler not a paper stapler, to staple stair treads on my basement stairs. There were 13 stairs and I put about 10 staples in each tread. Did the job all at once in less than half an hour. Little did I know that project would cause so much pain. Really bad the first days and now is more dull pain but still persistent.
Sometimes flicking on a light switch triggers sudden pain, or trying to move bed covers, or even turning a page in a book. Im giving it a year from the injury to heal before I resort to medical help. I have a wrist brace. However I fail to use it when I should which causes a set back in healing. Need to just wear it all the time.
Best of luck on your healing. Sure takes a long time. I dislocated my shoulder once and it took longer to feel better than my broken ribs did.
I need to peel 6 pounds of sweet potatoes on Thursday. Better get the brace on for that. Or beg my husband to do it.
Hang in there!
New 17th letter of the alphabet #2494 is up.
Yes, she has.
But sometimes she just likes to ride her bike.
Thank you for letting me know. I actually stopped checking the last couple of days.

Jim Acosta being reintroduced back into the Press Briefing Room. He was cautious at first, but he seems to be adjusting just fine.
I hope and pray, with new #17 drops that TSHF.
I am waiting.
Thanks. President was greeted by fans, he sure loves the people, and the SS sure earn their keep. :-)
