Take note of the cities mentioned in this link. Those are the cities you want to avoid living in if possible. If not, have a bug out bag and a relative to visit in a rural area somewhere down the line.

Exactly right. In most places it will be a bunch of welfare laden or basement dwelling Scientologist like zombies spouting their version of Dianetics for nothing other than their own sake. In the places riots have happened before it could get nasty.
We know the local authorities will let it get out of control. Will the Feds step in? That could take many forms.

Two options come to mind.
1.) He was going to publically resign and go the F off. Something changed his mind. He consulted with his derp masters who gave him alternative battle plans.
2.) He was going to just go the F off without resigning. Again, something changed his mind. Maybe pressure from OUR guys.
Either way, there is no reasonable reason for him to hold a press conference other than in relation to his meeting with the Donald and in regards to recent Mueller/Sessions/Replacement AG action.
p.s. I wonder if he expected to be Session's replacement after being stroked by Preezy.
