I can speak for MA having mostly grown up here in this wretched hive of scum and villainy.
The past four or more Speakers of the House have all gone to jail. The former head of the Senate was one Billy Bulger, brother of Whitey Bulger who ran the Irish mob in Boston. Together they were a true terror for decades around here. Around the 1950’s the DemocRATS took over the state, gerrymandered the districts and it’s been a cesspool ever since. My wife and I now have our sights set on Maine. We’re done after this election, everything went blue balls. Maine is at least better because of the gun laws and the politics are less pinko commie. NH is out of the question because of the epic property taxes and “view tax”. My retirement home will be at least 50 acres with a view.
