OK, FReeQs. how do we counter-mand “early-voting” [a concept I find un-Constitutional]?

I would that we consider mounting an “early voter” ^Cloward-Piven^ attack that (1) gets ahead of vote-saturation and (2) negates ^secondary^ voter fraud (provisionals) and (3) returns the true election to a single moment in time as established by the US Constitution.

/Argument ad absurdum/ becomes apparent when the vote is ostensibly finished in September. The enemy will need to provide an August surprise and then forever run-in-reverse from there.

What do I mean?
(1) If conservatives ^flood^ the early vote, any October surprise is moderated. e.g., October Surprises will have to be trotted out EARLIER [AKA: September?; August?], lessening their ^surprise effect^ on the electorate.
(2) Voter fraud: repetitive votes will be easier to “see”. Citizens voting early and SUBSEQUENTLY voting on a provisional basis will be more visible.
(3) As the fraud is revealed, our system will necessarily be FORCED to establish a SINGLE ELECTION day for Federal elections...as the Constitution has provided.

The goal is, in my estimation, to eliminate any ^early voting^ related shenanigans that can inappropriately alter the ELECTORAL vote. I ask: How many provisional votes are counted in the regular total after close and are SELECTIVELY counted?

How is this done? States should press forward with an election requirement that requires voting in Federal elections to ONE DAY. If you can’t make it...you aren’t invested in the process. Protect the US Constitutional requirement of a single day.

I’ll work on the language for a multi-cross-State Referendum assigning a single day to vote on Federal Elections in each state.

I just voted absentee in CA ... the only question / dilemma was for U.S. Senate - I’m reluctant to do write-ins because then your ballot is destined to a back room and will only be counted if needed for any tiebreaker votes. So I gagged and voted for DiChi over the complete socialist with hopes that DiFi will be elected and then forced to resign leaving the seat to be filled by appointment by hopefully new Rep. Gov John Cox.

The same applies to cases that have given rise to Black Lives Matter. If a white police officer shoots a black suspect, the officer is presumed guilty. There is no commitment to discovering the facts of the case. Objective facts don’t matter. The conflict is viewed as being between two social classes — between wielders of “white power” and their black victims — with two very different perspectives on reality. Justice, accordingly, consists not in discovering and evaluating the facts, but in condemning the powerful and defending the powerless.

Which is exactly what drives the safe-space movement on our campuses. Students are told that when they encounter an idea with which they disagree, they need not give any thought to it. They needn’t judge whether it is right or wrong. Instead, it if clashes with the views held by their social class, they should be shielded from it.

If they hear the disquieting idea that affirmative action is wrong, or that capitalism is good or that the individual has primacy over the collective, they have no way to rationally consider such issues. Can they seek evidence to support their opposite beliefs? To them, evidence is as irrelevant as it is in deciding Kavanaugh’s guilt. After all, if the content of their minds is subjectively determined by their social class, there are no objective facts to identify and no logical inferences to draw from them. Consequently, there can be no purpose to any discussion and no possibility of persuasion. So if students disagree with some idea, they will not try to refute it; they will simply dismiss it as the biased product of the “white privileged patriarchy.”

Once reason is discarded, there is only one means of settling disagreements: physical force. Thus, if speakers whose views you find “offensive” arrive on campus, you don’t challenge them intellectually with questions and arguments — you physically prevent them from addressing their audiences. If the Senate holds hearings to confirm a judge whose views you find “offensive,” you try to shout down the participants and bring the proceedings to a halt. If a jury delivers a verdict you find “offensive,” you riot by destroying storefronts and firebombing cars in order to send a message to the next jury that might consider a similar verdict. If politicians whose positions you find “offensive” enter a restaurant, you accost them and compel them to leave.

The increasing use of violence is ominous. But it is only a consequence. The cause is the assault on objectivity. The cause is the abandonment of reason in favor of emotionalism. The cause is the growing acceptability of forming conclusions — whether about the guilt of an accused or about the truth of an idea — in disregard of evidence.

Agree 188% with his Trump Derangement Syndrome analysis. The old adage that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger is horrifyingly apropos in this context. The more libs screech NPC lines, pull out their hair, and engage in Maxine Waters urged antics, the more support POTUS gets.

If you haven’t voted yet I would urge you to vote “NO” to all of the amendments on the ballot. Some call for the Constitution of Georgia to be amended and others call for creation of more bureaucracies, costing untold millions of dollars in the future, and another calls for you to tax yourself $24 MILLION!!
One Amendment (#4) so-called Marcy’s Law is particularly ambiguous. The TV ad supporting this amendment is compelling; a victim stating her abuser was let out of prison and she was not notified. She begs the TV audience to help the victim by voting in favor of this amendment. Who wouldn’t want the victim to be helped? BUT….when the Amendment is read carefully, you will note that it states: “…the Constitution shall be amended so as to provide ‘certain rights’ to victims against whom a crime has allegedly been perpetrated and allow victims to assert such rights.” READ THIS CAREFULLY…..WHAT “CERTAIN RIGHTS” ARE THEY REFERRING TO? NOWHERE DOES IT MENTION THE PERPETRATOR, NOR THAT THE VICTIM HAS THE RIGHT TO KNOW WHEN THE PERPETRATOR IS BEING RELEASED FROM PRISON. “The victim can assert such rights”….what rights? Certain ones? What are they referring to? Will it be left up to a judge to decide what “certain rights” the victim has? No guarantee of being notified of anything. Please do not vote in favor of changing our state Constitution to contain something so non-specific as Amendment #4…”Marcy’s Law.” This Amendment will not help Marcy, or you, at all!
The SPLOST tax is supposed be for any unexpected expense for the county, not covered by taxes. It is not a slush fund, nor is it petty cash to be used at the whim of the one administering it. I would urge you to read the things that the money is supposed to be used for. The items to be funded are supposed to be SPECIFIC and I certainly don’t consider “equipment, upgrades, improvements, economic development, etc., etc,” to be specific! I also don’t consider the county needs to spend any of this money for “land acquisition” which puts the money into certain landowners pockets when the county does not have need to acquire more land. It is expected to raise $24 MILLION dollars from YOUR pockets over and above the taxes you have to pay the county. You will also notice if you carefully read the sample ballot that “a ‘yes’ vote means you give your approval of the issuance of general obligation debt of Union County in the principle amount of TEN MILLION dollars ($10,000,000).” DO NOT TAX YOURSELVES, THE COUNTY DOES AN OUTSTANDING JOB OF IT!
Please stop at the courthouse and pick up a sample ballot and READ the Amendments carefully before you cast your vote. They are sometimes intentionally written so ambiguously to confuse voters. BE AN INFORMED VOTER! Let’s don’t make this a RED WAVE, let’s make it a RED TSUNAMI!!

And what makes you confident that your ^early Vote^ is NOT “destined to a back room and will only be counted if needed for any tiebreaker votes”?

Also, how confident are you that your vote will be counted in the Nov 6 LIVE vote totals? Your vote has value...you have standing to litigate harm.

It’s not how many votes are won..it’s WHO counts the votes.

I concur - it’s a dilemma. It also seems the rules have changed about absentee’s in my area - it used to be you could simply take your absentee ballot to your neighborhood polling site and then sign the form there when you submit, something I’ve done in years past. It now seems you can only take absentee’s to registrar’s office. Fortunately, however, I can trust the USPS to deliver mine. I’m joking of course ;)
