I’m seeing the same things. (and at the risk of sounding like a lib, I’m “feeling” it)
There are multiple factors in play.
Two big factors are removing votes from the D column:
IMO, the gigantic elephant in the room that the Ds can’t mention is election fraud. Remove election fraud and large blocks of votes are removed from the D column. I believe that many of those votes were for 3d party candidates so not necessarily added to the R column, but regardless, they are now being subtracted from the Ds.
Second is the outright “manufacturing” of non-existent votes. It’s well documented that there are districts where voter turnout exceeds 100%. Why has this never been questioned/challenged/investigated in the past? I suspect that the white hats are quietly (mostly quietly) cleaning up this fraud. I believe that many of the fraudsters know that the jig is up and they have either been stopped or are too afraid of arrest to attempt further tampering in this election.
Adding votes to the R column:
1. #walkaway. Many former D voters have had their eyes opened. They are seeing jobs, better pay, lower taxes. They have finally woke to the fact that 8 years of empty 0vomit promises did nothing to improve their lives. All that 0vomit left them with was empty promises, empty pockets, and anger and bitterness toward whitey/elites/the rich/Rs/everyone who is “other”.
2. Increased enthusiasm among conservatives. Most of those who liked Trump like him even more. They can see progress and promises kept. Look at the overflow turnout for his rallies! (Exception: some 2016 Trump voters are disillusioned by no arrests/no wall/etc. If only they knew about Q and/or could see the plan unfolding and realize it’s not going to happen overnight. If only they could get a grip for a moment and see what HAS been accomplished instead of focusing on/complaining about what is still needed.) Many of those who were lukewarm on Trump or didn’t really like him have either learned to appreciate his accomplishments or maybe even begun to like him overall. They don’t have to vote for Trump next month; they just have to vote R.
Polls are showing Trump at 50-51% popularity. Whisper numbers are higher, maybe 55-65%. In any case, that is phenomenal for this point in a Presidency.
Trump has given conservatives a REASON to get out and vote. It’s no longer a hopeless protest vote. It’s an enthusiastic “git ‘er done” vote, a patriotic vote, as MAGA vote, a “let’s roll” vote, a “keep rolling” vote. And maybe a “c’mon lock her up, if you get a solid majority in Congress you’ll do that, right?” vote.
(and by “her” I mean yes, her, but also the ENTIRE Deep State. All the corruptocrats. All the pedophiles. All the treasonous “elites” acquiring power and money at the expense of the rest of us.)

Almost everything the Democrats have done since January 20, 2017, has only served to hurt their chances for the “blue wave.” They took what up until recently seemed to be a sure-thing election sweeping Democrats into control of the House and the Senate and threw it away.

They want to investigate Trump until they find any crime they can use to impeach him or better yet, jail him. And like Kavanaugh, it doesn’t even have to be true, as long as it works.

Much of what the president says on Twitter and during political rallies can be interpreted as deliberate and designed to control the conversation.
The problem with Republicans has always been they have no fight in them and make no attempt to control what people are discussing in the media — and by media, I do not just mean the mainstream media — I mean all media including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Republicans have always been reactive, not proactive.
President Trump has sure changed that, hasn’t he? For the first time in my memory it is a Republican dictating the national discussion. He says something on Twitter or at a rally, then he steps back and watches as the mainstream media, FB, Twitter, Instagram, strangers on line at Whole Foods (“Thank you, come again”) lose their collective minds in horror about the insensitivity.
Trump is a fighter and he’s shown Republicans that while losing with honor may make you feel good for a day, winning ugly will make you feel good for a lifetime.
Trump has Democrats playing his game and it’s not a good look for them. David Gelernter wrote in the Wall Street Journal that all the Democrats have is their hatred of Trump and many people may see that as a hatred of the country as well.
“Not that every leftist hates America. But the leftists I know do hate Mr. Trump’s vulgarity, his unwillingness to walk away from a fight, his bluntness, his certainty that America is exceptional, his mistrust of intellectuals, his love of simple ideas that work, and his refusal to believe that men and women are interchangeable. Worst of all, he has no ideology except getting the job done. His goals are to do the task before him, not be pushed around, and otherwise to enjoy life. In short, he is a typical American — except exaggerated, because he has no constraints to cramp his style except the ones he himself invents.”
These are all unforced errors on the Democrats’ part, and let’s face it, it’s hard to get illegal aliens and the dead eager to vote Democratic when Democrats act like at best, a bunch of bumbling idiots or at worst, traitors.

One thing they didn't mention, and it's not a policy issue, but the way women on the left treat Melania Trump is just ugly. I think that may have a subtle effect on why the left's grip on the women vote is slipping.
Eh.....all the pro makeup in the world can’t fix wrecked. I prefer some of the easy on the eyes casters at Fox. They’re not exactly blessed with flotation devices, but they’ve got very good looking women there.
I listened to Rush and liked this plan as well. Some ex military guy called in later if I recall correctly, or maybe it was another radio show (in car a lot today) and basically said that the base where he was posted, each day they had to identify, fingerprint, interview, review paperwork on 1000+ contractors who were there to work on the base for the day, and said the military could handle the mob of illegals coming, no prob. Lord willing and the creek don’t rise that it be so. This CANNOT be permitted to happen.

My final thoughts and clarification on this matter:
What I heard on Rush and later caller was that the military, Border Patrol, ICE, whatever agency does all this and then send them back. Having identified these mob people gets them in criminal database and doing this on the border, not after entry, means we get all the data and them turn them around. This I would agree with, but you are 188% correct in that once OVER the border, we lose big time. Cannot happen.
When POTUS said that he motioned with his hands + fingers like he was handing out money obviously suggesting that the “caravan” is/was first staged & continues to beg the question who’s paying all these truck drivers & meals, etc.
Mairdie, this part of the article you posted is absolute genius. This description of what libs don't like about Trump is exactly why the rest of us love Trump. For the group that thinks it is completely filled with intellectuals, they are being driven down the path of their own destruction in a Soros funded vehicle, dressed in their own NPC stupidity.
Every voter in America should be forced to read this. It would add to the #walkaway movement.
