It’s not how many votes are won..it’s WHO counts the votes.
I concur - it’s a dilemma. It also seems the rules have changed about absentee’s in my area - it used to be you could simply take your absentee ballot to your neighborhood polling site and then sign the form there when you submit, something I’ve done in years past. It now seems you can only take absentee’s to registrar’s office. Fortunately, however, I can trust the USPS to deliver mine. I’m joking of course ;)
