I'd always wondered before whether Van Grack was WH or BH; the intimate relationship with any evidence Flynn would provide under his NDA via plea agreement seemingly makes imperative he be a good guy - otherwise how does he get his evidence known? Or, if not, as a black hat, he could be doing the Mule's bidding ... TBD of course + as always ;)
