That would include the investigation into former White House national security adviser Michael Flynn, who is scheduled to be sentenced in December.”

This is where he was before. Where Priestap was. I'd always wondered before whether Van Grack was WH or BH; the intimate relationship with any evidence Flynn would provide under his NDA via plea agreement seemingly makes imperative he be a good guy - otherwise how does he get his evidence known? Or, if not, as a black hat, he could be doing the Mule's bidding ... TBD of course + as always ;)

I thought that was very interesting wording. If he's a "cooperating witness" still under employ of the D-J ala others ... that's interesting, too.
