The FBI is not going to conduct an investigation into Ford’s allegations. They are simply going to conduct a 7th background check on Kavanaugh. When doing a background check the FBI can not compell anyone to be interviewed if they don’t want to be.
In their 7th background check they will simply go back to all the people from Kavanaugh’s past, that they have interviewed time and again, and maybe ask if they ever heard of Kavanaugh running weekend gang rape parties for two years when he was 16-17? Or if they ever heard of him attempting to rape a girl?
Nothing will be done about nor to her; sadly.
Any FBI investigation must begin with her. She made the accusation, so all the alleged facts must emanate from her. Not sure a lawyer can shield a witness from an FBI interview.
