vanity - A Different Take on Dr Ford

Posted on 09/27/2018 5:50:08 PM PDT by jda

So, correct me if I’m wrong: it sounds to me that the first real recollection that Dr Ford had about the alleged sexual abuse was when she was undergoing marital counseling ... in 2012. And, my understanding is that the notes from those sessions don’t mention Judge Kavanaugh.

I know that therapists can “help” patients remember things from the past - sometimes when they didn’t even happen. Is it possible that Dr Ford, with the help of “therapy”, really believes that something happened to her when it really didn’t? Maybe she is a victim, but Judge Kavanaugh is not the perpetrator????

What we suspect is that she is a CIA kid.
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/3691292/posts

As a CIA Kid, she grew up thinking she is a privileged person of the world, not just the USA.

CIA Kids also learn that their CIA parents and relatives are masters at the art of deception, of propaganda, psyops, lies. It rubs off on them.

CIA culture in the past decades has evolved to a global culture. CIA employs ‘assets’ around the globe. It’s a global community. This woman grew up in that culture.

Her lawyer is a bigtime HRC supporter and advocate for far-left causes.

Her lawyer is also tied to Soros.

Whatever she ‘remembered’, whatever she ‘imagined’ is understood in the backdrop of her upbringing.

Schumer announced within minutes of the announcement of Judge Kavanaugh’s selection that he would do whatever it took to sink Judge Kavanaugh because he wanted to hit Trump.

Senator Feinstein was sitting on this woman’s poorly written allegation for months in order to delay and attempt to run out the clock.

It is highly likely that this woman and others were summoned to act in a role that would sink Judge Kavanaugh and damage his reputation.

The Democrat playbook is outdated. The information viewers have now is so much more extensive, that the message can no longer be effectively controlled.

FISAgate will bring down the Democrat leadership. That could actually be good for Democrats in the long term.

Maybe that’s how she afforded a $33k donation to the Clinton Foundation.

She was a drunken hard partier in high school and was extremely promiscuous, bragging about her 54 plus sex partners before college. No wonder she’s so screwed up.

Her fake little girl voice today was a JOKE. I’m sure she was coached to speak that way .

This is simply a useful idiot who thought it her patriotic duty to lie, to stop the appointment of Kavanaugh and also to hurt Trump.
The ends justifies the means.
I really don’t think it is any more than that.

Did you go to any backyard parties where the unnamed famous underclassman musician performed? If not, did you ever hear others talk about the parties back then?

I don't think the boy was Kavanaugh. If it was, they would've tried harder to find the house. They know its approximate location and its floor plan.

If either side had wanted to get to the truth, that kind of investigating would've been done.

Part of the problem, I've hypothesized, is this really gets into the lives of the DC elite. A lot of them went to that collection of elite DC prep schools and/or Yale undergrad. They must be squirming about their HS and college social lives being part of their job prospects.

Nothing has been released about what sort of therapy she has had over the years, or what role her psychiatrist was playing in dredging up the memories. Among the innumerable things that are possible is that something MUCH WORSE than what she accuses Kavanaugh of doing has happened to her. I can’t believe anyone is traumatized for life by the incident she described that ended when they simply walked home. But this woman is a complete mess; how’d she get that way?

In an au currant psychotherapy for PTSD (her demeanor today was an attempt to come across as a shattered PTSD sufferer), the “patient” is helped to “remember” traumatic events that trigger stress, but before the “ugly” part sets in, the therapist helps the patient alter the outcomes to a non-threatening happy ending. This “good” version creates different neuron paths in competition with the “bad” version, and eventually overwrites it. Seems that this technique would work as well for adjusting memories to substitute who dun it, etc. Seems also that a PhD in Psychology could do this on her own.

I have no doubt that Ford sees Kavanaugh as an evil man who would force women to bear babies they would much rather terminate, and that she views the right to abortion as critical to women living an independent existence. She likely has been in high anxiety that if K gets on the SC, he will eventually vote to end Roe v Wade, and that would be an ASSAULT ON WOMEN/THE HANDMAID’s TALE come to life. Would someone who believes that scruple at accusing K of assaulting them, if that sacrifice would save the day? It seems possible that she deliberately adapted her memories to that end. She really believes what she wants to believe.

Or she’s lying the old fashioned way.

I'm pretty sure I was at one of those parties, but there was a lot of drinking going on!

By the way, the guy went from a very conservative, suburban Chicago suburb to lead the very far left, Rage Against the Machine.

She’s lying. This was a long-time planned scheme - from 2012.
Listen to Juanita Broderick on Hannity now. She doesn’t believe Ford.

The little ‘ditzy blonde’ act was apparent immediately. This PhD with 64 peer-reviewed articles suddenly didn’t understand some basic things - but then sprinkled some psych terms around about parts of the brain - so she could sound smart. Yet when the prosecutor asked her about retrieval of repressed memory - she was like ‘huh’? two opposite levels. Snotty expert on repressed memory then no-clue.

Final thing - did anyone catch her big faux pa about the ‘traumatic’ reason she had to put double front doors in? When the dem asked her - she said ‘yes, my husband didn’t understand - so I told him ‘ (something totally doesn’t make sense) ‘... that I needed one because I was traumatized from attempted rape 35 years ago and ran down the stairs out of the house and ...’ - and I don’t get the connection of second door at all. But, then she put her foot in her mouth and blurted out ‘Yes, WE HOST A LOT OF GOOGLE INTERNS AT OUR HOUSE...’. BINGO - it’s purely a convenience enhancement on the house so the little Googler’s can come and go out front of house in separate entrance and she and family can maintain private entrance. OOPS.

After watching the hearing I’m convinced Professor Ford grew up a spoiled rich kid who started partying at a young age. She grew up going to the best, most liberal, schools where she received those prestigious degrees that give her credibility.

Her speaking skills, with a “valley girl” edge to her voice, leave me wondering how she eventually earned a PHD in anything. Her answers, at times, seemed memorized. She admitted, several times, to being a beach bum claiming to have received advice from her “beach buddies”.

My guess, given her rearing, her education, her residence and her lifestyle is that she is a raging pro-choicer who would volunteer to do anything the Dems needed to stop this nomination. I believe she was recruited by the Dems.

I used to have a modicum of respect for Senator Feinstein. That vanished completely with her press conference where she revealed “new” information about Kavanaugh before the committee vote.

Ford is either a Dem operative or a Dem pawn Either way, the Dems declared war on the Republicans through Professor Ford. When Kavanaugh finally is confirmed, I don’t think this will be over. The Dems will stop at nothing to protect their activist SCOTUS decisions, especially Roe v Wade. Make no mistake, this is what it is all about.

I still say she was flirting with the boys and knew what she was doing. It wasn’t until she got to college that the Feminist teachers brainwashed her into thinking that the event was assault and battery. She is a snow-flake who was looking for a reason to call herself a victim. It’s all part of the Me-To Movement.

You nailed it. I'd put hard cash on this being exactly the case, and that Kavanaugh wasn't involved at all. She has no idea who did the (relatively innocuous) deed, but blaming Kavanaugh at this time was a perfect opportunity to both advance her political agenda and perhaps (no, definitely) secure a lucrative book deal.

Even if it DID happen as she alleges (which is highly doubtful) it in no way should disqualify Kavanaugh from SCOTUS, imo.

This makes a lot of sense to me. If we assume you are right about the Feinstein connection, some further thoughts:
  1. The 2012 psychiatrist gig was possibly fiction. If she hadn't mentioned her story at all in 36 years, that's far less credible. But to pretend a fake psychiatric evaluation a few years ago lends more credence to a repressed memory tack.

  2. Bill Mitchell says the fact that she didn't remember who she got a ride back from the party is incredulous. If a traumatic event happens in your life, you remember such things like who drove you home.

  3. There are probably 100 fishy things that don't add up to her story. And the Dems don't really care. All they really care about is she makes the accusation, but because their low information and snowflake voters are never going to care enough to investigate. They wouldn't believe the investigation conclusion if it turns up negative for them.

"to become a famous musician"

Was that Toby Keith?

Gal that worked in my shop went to school with him in OK.

She never met or remembered him in school yet he was there.

Thanks. I had a friend who claimed to have one of the Hall & Oates members in their HS class. Didn’t have any memories to share about the singer, who in the end never attended a single class reunion. Many people bloom after HS - some for the better, a few for the worst. Fewer make it really big.

This has all been scripted on the fly, which is why she delayed and delayed some more. Script re-writes and her rehearsing the story before testifying.

Total BS.

I believe it was all ‘cooked-up’, too. She may have relied on aspects of some similar experience to add some verisimilitude to her act; but I believe the point was to harm the Judge.

I went to college in early 80s w/ the son of a CIA "psychiatrist" who went to an elite Montg County MD prep school (not one mentioned in these reports about the skank).

This boy was the craziest person I ever met. Died 10 years later of a heroin overdose on a boat in Miami harbor while hiding from the FBI for SEC violations.

that bulletpoint #2 was another damning point. She admitted, under oath, that someone drove her home. She has not identified that person and that person has not come forward. But she also testified that she rushed out of the house. So how could someone be there to drive her home at just such a fortuitous moment?

If girlfriend Leyland came with one of the boys later, and K and M were supposed to already be there drunk, and PJ didn’t drive her, who was the driver? Ford explained not driving herself by emphasizing she was 15 and didn’t get her license until 16 when she drove herself everywhere. So what if the memory is from age 16 after all and she did, indeed, drive herself? - after Kavanaugh had left for Yale....

tie that in with the article of the friend saying of Beach Days that Ford worked at a restaurant (or bar?), and two guys were on the ground wrestling and fighting over Ford....and you’ve pretty much got the scenario of the entire ‘repressed memory’
