There is absolutely no evidence to investigate. All the evidence is on our side. This is purely to get the nomination after the midterms.

Isn't the floor vote McConnell's call? This committee cannot schedule the floor vote, nor can Flake control the schedule. He just says he will not vote "yes" without an FBI investigation. Am I reading this correct?
