MY INTERPRETATION of q-2170:

1) Q begins with a question: "How do you demonstrate 'reasonable cause' to regulate and/or break up BIG TECH?"

2) Then Q presents a repeating pattern:

-Aggression (Projection)
-Suppression (Fascism)
-Censorship (Narrative-Dogma)

3) Then Q demonstrates that MULTIPLE ENTITIES are carrying out the SAME PROGRAM. These include [ANTIFA], [FAKE NEWS] and [[TWITTER, FB, GOOG, YT, REDDIT, etc..].

4) The ANSWER to Q's Question JUMPS OUT at us. The pattern, ganging together to ban lawful websites, public speakers etc. is a CONSPIRACY IN THE RESTRAINT OF TRADE. It VIOLATES the SHERMAN ANTITRUST ACT and is subject to criminal prosecution as well as the potential awarding of treble damages to its victims.

Here is a synopsis from Cornell Law School:

Broad and sweeping in scope, § 1 of the Act states that “[e]very contract, combination in the form of trust or otherwise, or conspiracy, in restraint of trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, is declared to be illegal.” § 2 of the Act further prohibits monopolization or attempts at monopolizing any aspect of interstate trade or commerce and makes the act a felony. Federal district courts have the jurisdiction to enjoin violations of the Sherman Act, and these proceedings are instituted by United States Attorneys in their respective districts. The injured party (whether it is the federal government, an individual state, or a private party) is entitled to three times the amount of injury that it has suffered; this award is known as treble damages.

I still tend to look back on those times and think we had real media in those days and the Soviets did not.

I was in Moscow for a few days in the 90's and happened to read an English language translation of a Russian newspaper. I was kind of amazed at how the political figures disparaged each other, commenting on their mental health and saying they should be institutionalized. Twenty years later, and the left here is doing the same thing.

I meant to add one more thing, in reference to Q’s opening question: “How do you demonstrate ‘reasonable cause’ to regulate and/or break up BIG TECH?” ...

If a person or company sues under the Sherman Act, they may be entitled to monetary damages; HOWEVER, if the DoJ sues, and wins, in addition to other criminal penalties, they may be entitled to “STRUCTURAL RELIEF.”

“Structural Relief” may mean BREAKING UP THE COMPANY, as happened to Standard Oil and to the old AT&T (aka the BELL SYSTEM).

Q: “Break up BIG TECH.”

And one more thing (my best Columbo imitation)...

These BIG TECH Companies may be deemed to be both COMPETITORS and SUPPLIERS to some of the entities they are suppressing ... ANOTHER SIGNIFICANT TEST (known as vertical/horizontal relationship, if I recall) for GUILT under the Sherman Act.
