Clapper, James: (#559, #1164) James Clapper is a retired lieutenant general in the United States Air Force and is the former Director of National Intelligence under President Barack Obama. Clapper has held several key positions within the United States Intelligence Community. He served as director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) from 1992 until 1995, under President Bill Clinton. He was the first Director of Defense Intelligence within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and simultaneously the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence. Clapper served as the director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) from September 2001 until June 2006. On June 5, 2010, President Barack Obama nominated Clapper to replace Dennis C. Blair as United States Director of National Intelligence (DNI). He was unanimously confirmed by the Senate for the position on August 5, 2010.
Clapper committed perjury under oath before a US Senate oversight committee when he flatly denied that the NSA was collecting data on millions of U.S. citizens' phone calls. Many Senators called for his resignation as a liar. Clapper excused his lies with an "I forgot" the law excuse. Clapper resigned at the end of the Obama administration and is a vehement opponent to President Trump.
He is probably the second JC listed in initials in Drop #559. Mills, Cheryl: (#1824) Cheryl Mills is one of Hillary Clinton’s Senior Advisors and Counsel for her 2008 and 2016 presidential campaigns, and is considered a member of Hillary Clinton's group of core advisers as well as a co-conspirator in the email server scandal. Mills was brought in with Hillary Clinton for her FBI interview with Peter Srzok, and allowed to sit in as Clinton's "attorney" even though Mills was herself a target of the investigation and a person on the witness list. Mills' Apple notebook computer was seized as evidence in the investigation, but instead of being returned to Mills, or held as evidence, the FBI states they took the step of "destroying" Mills laptop. That is unheard of, and there is no basis in law for such evidence to be destroyed—this would be obstruction of justice if it was evidence—and if it is not evidence then under what theory of law could they destroy a private citizen's property?. Page, Carter: (#1910) Carter Page, was a minor functionary and advisor in foreign affairs with some expertise in Russian oil trading for the Trump Presidential Campaign. Page lived for three years in Moscow. And makes a living in the petroleum industry. Page is the founder and managing partner of Global Energy Capital, a one-man investment fund and consulting firm specializing in the Russian and Central Asian oil and gas business. He graduated in the top 10% of his class from the US Naval Academy and spent five years as an officer in the US Navy. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from New York University. received a Masters Degree in National Security Studies at Georgetown University, and his PhD at the London University’s School of Oriental and African Studies. in 2013 Page had been approached by Russian agents and duly reported the contacts to the FBI and worked with them to capture the foreign agents. Never-the-less, it was Carter Page who was the target of the FBI in seeking the approval of a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Court for surveillance of a “United States Person” as a suspected agent of a foreign government on unverified evidence so they could use his connections, telephonically, emails, and texts, to persons only peripherally connected to him in the Trump campaign. In September 2016, U.S. intelligence officials investigated alleged contacts between Page and Russian officials subject to U.S. sanctions, including Igor Sechin, the president of state-run Russian oil conglomerate Rosneft. After news reports began to appear describing Page's links to Russia and Putin's government, Page stepped down from his role in the Trump campaign. Page's name appeared repeatedly in the "Trump–Russia / Steele dossier" containing allegations of close interactions between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin. As of January 2017, Page was under investigation by the FBI, the CIA, the CIA, the DNI, and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, yet Page was not accused of any wrongdoing. Page has not been accused or questioned about any involvement with the Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election. Schumer, Charles "Chuck": Senator Chuck Schumer (D), four term senator from New York. Binney, William: (#384, #770, #2129, #2130) is a former highly placed NSA technical director. He still has contacts within the NSA. Binney is one of the persons involved in the challenge to the NSA's Trailblazer controversy in which he and three other NSA employees, Thomas Drake, J. Kirk Wiebe, Ed Loomis, along with Diane Roark, a staff employee of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, had signed the report to the Defense Department Inspector General about waste, fraud, and abuse involving the Trailblazer project when Binney had already developed another system, ThinThread, which essentially accomplished the same thing. The five were accused of violation of the Espionage Act for their complaint and their homes were raided by the FBI. Later all accusations were dropped except one charge against Thomas Drake, a misdemeanor conviction.
Binney's contacts in the NSA have been telling his that the DNC's server and noting the time between when one file was copied and another was copied. The timing shows the speed of transmission. That speed is far too fast for any transmission over the Internet available at the location of that server. It matches the speed of local download to a device, either a USB Flash Memory Drive, or a USB Hard Drive, connected to a USB port on the server. It does NOT match the available speeds of any known Internet Connection over Ethernet or WIFI. Ergo, the files were copied locally by someone who had physics access to that server computer and then hand carried, shipped, or mailed, the purloined files out of the building by some means. This NSA analysis comports with other forensic IT specialists who have examined the Metadata of the files taken from the DNC's server and given to Wikileaks. Page, Lisa: (#1288) Lisa Page was an FBI attorney with the FBI's Office of the General Counsel assigned to Deputy Directory Andrew McCabe. She was the married mistress of the former Deputy Director of the Counterintelligence Division Peter Strzok. Page is now a cooperating witness and was allowed to resign in lieu of being fired, although Q reports on May 5, 2018 she was actually fired. Latest revelations come from delving deeper into the emails between Page and Strzok show that Page was not the passive bystander she may have seemed at first blush. Two emails from April of 2017 speak about Strzok and Page conferring on "media leak strategy" and then after a leak Strzok compliments Page on what apparently is her successful leaks about Carter Page, which Strzok makes obvious Strzok that Lisa Page was instrumental in assuring were published.
- April 10, 2017, Strzok to Page: “I had literally just gone to find this phone to tell you I want to talk to you about media leak strategy with DOJ before you go.”
- April 12, 2017, Strzok to Page: Strzok warns Page two articles are coming out, one which is “worse” than the other about Lisa’s 'namesake'.” Strzok added: “Well done, Page.”

It’s never wrong, right?

One explanation for the ferocity of modern politics is that The Political Party That Is Never Wrong is getting a frightful drubbing today. Moreover, it is coming from a man who has only sought political office once in his life, our president, Donald J. Trump. Congratulations, Donald!

He is beating the Democrats with policies that have revived the economy and rendered laughable Ex-President Barack Obama’s pathetic claim that the “new normal” is someplace around 2 percent growth. President Trump responds that his economy is now growing at a rate of some 4.2 percent, most likely even higher. President Trump is also beating The Political Party That Is Never Wrong with his judicial appointees. He has had confirmed 67 to the courts. More than any of his predecessors at this stage in their presidencies, and if all goes well he will have landed two appointees on the Supreme Court shortly. Finally, he is beating The Political Party That Is Never Wrong by rolling back that party’s stifling regulations and antiquated procedures. The party is desperate.

The Political Party That Is Never Wrong is led by septuagenarians who are exhausted and feckless, and they are about to be replaced by greenhorns who are self-proclaimed Socialists. That is to say, the septuagenarians are about to be replaced by Machiavels whose politics are at best lifted from the European left or at worst lifted from Venezuelans, some of whom have to stand in line for toilet paper. The Democrats, at various times in our history, have called themselves Liberals, Progressives, the left, and now Socialists. They claim that history has been on their side since at least the French Revolution. Every major achievement by mankind in such areas as philosophy, science, government, warfare, and — forget not — women’s studies and sex hygiene have been achieved by the American left.

That is why they are so furious today. In last week’s grilling of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, they threatened to break the law. Some actually did break the law, and they all charged Judge Kavanaugh with barbaric beliefs, grievous wrongs, and writing for The American Spectator, which was one of their few accurate observations. Judge Kavanaugh’s wife had to remove his children from the hearing rooms. Possibly she removed them from the entire city of Washington, D.C. and surroundings.

Accepting defeat is quite incomprehensible to the left. That is why every contested presidential election of the modern era — in fact, every contested presidential election in any era — has been contested by the left, not the right. Interestingly, in recent years, as the left’s power dwindles, the number of contested elections has increased and grown more rancorous.

Nineteen-sixty was a very close election, but if it were to be contested Richard Nixon would have had to do it. He would not put the country through the ordeal of a recount. His reelection of 1972 was one of the greatest landslides in American history, and The Political Party That Is Never Wrong immediately put our country through the travail of Watergate. Few claimed the 1972 election was stolen by the fiendish Nixon — though I recall one or two fanatics — but by 1974 The Political Party That Is Never Wrong had come to the realization that there is more than one way to challenge an election. Nixon went quietly and with dignity. He had after all lied. When Bill Clinton faced impeachment in 1998 there was no dignity. There was in 1998, as Clinton’s wife is demonstrating today, only “resistance.”

The elections of 1980 through 1996 were pretty much normal, though The Party That Is Never Wrong did sense a glimmer of hope in 1986 when Iran-Contra inspired dark murmurings about President Ronald Reagan’s possible impeachment and, who knows, possible incarceration for life without parole? Then came the election of 2000 with all the left’s talk of “hanging chads,” replacing the Electoral College, and, in Florida, dark cabals. Suffice to say that in Florida George W. Bush won by 537 votes and with it won in the Electoral College. To this day there are Democrats who will tell you that their candidate won, but not according to the Constitution, which is still in effect.

In 2016 as in 2000 The Party That Is Never Wrong won the popular vote, but it lost in the Electoral College by 304 to 227. Two years later we are still wrangling about the outcome with Democrats in the FBI, the CIA, the Democratic National Committee, British Intelligence, a law firm hired by the Clintons, and the mysterious Fusion GPS claiming Russian collusion though no Russian has been found. Once again there is talk from the Democrats of a Republican president’s impeachment, though this time the Republican President might not be as nice as Richard Nixon in 1960 and 1974.

This time the Republican is Donald Trump, who has his finger on the atomic bomb.

Not sure what the thinking of the thread is on “Report for the President”. Ann Vandersteel has one of the two agents (Robert Caron) on with Bill Binney. I think Binney is a patriot, and gives credibility to Report for the President joint task force group.

For a year, Q has talked of storms and water. Now a storm is here. Has Q team been waiting for a big storm to launch the plan?
