The review panel should be composed of five or seven or more highly respected law professors, lawyers, and retired judges and a politician or two. Give them a budget, staff, the power to compel testimony, and a short time frame to evaluate the formation and conduct of the Mueller investigation and if it has erred or fallen into prosecutorial misconduct or abuse.
This should be announced by Trump at a press conference and fully explained. He should make clear that he wants good advice and that the conclusions and recommendations of the review panel are to be made public when complete.
