A Texas bank employee accused of being an accomplice to a violent armed robbery appeared in court Wednesday to face charges.
Shelby Wyse, 25, was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery on Tuesday for her alleged part in a brazen daytime attack on a woman carrying $75,000 in Houston.
The mother-of-one appeared before a judge Wednesday, wearing a Whitney Houston tank top with her hair scraped up in a top knot.
Court documents state that security footage captures Wyse watching the woman while she conducted her business at the bank.
She then allegedly sent a text message to her boyfriend Travoon Johnson, one of the men arrested in the robbery, immediately after the woman left with the large withdrawal.
'Presumably a go signal,' the indictment reads.

Very true. I think I’m surprised she didn’t have any security guy with her. I didn’t know check cashing places had that much cash at any given time.
But as noted, the girl who.works at the bank knew a big withdrawal was happening. It was an inside job.
Good advice.
Ever hear of check cashing business? They will withdraw many thousands of dollars daily after depositing thousands of dollars of checks.

Swahili for moron.
Governor Abbott is an improvement over Islamist Rick Perry, but he has been a turd in the punchbowl as far as getting civil forfeiture laws reformed.
My sympathies for the woman just dropped.
Not to zero mind you (I would prefer her over the trio of robbers) but she’s no lady and she and her husband should seek some form of honest work
Travoon. Sounds like: baboon.
“There should be a dollar limit on how much can you can withdraw at any one time.”
The crazy stuff you can read on FR. Who, exactly, should determine how much of your own money you can withdraw? What should the penalty be if you withdraw too much? Should the bank call the police if you want to withdraw too much of your own money? You might want to think this one through a little bit.
I doubt many check cashers have bigger paychecks than $1000.
It is asinine and down right idiotic to cashout $75,000.
Its not her fault. Blame it on jungle fever.
That just shows so much you don’t know. It is not only individuals, but small companies and individual contractors as well. This happened in Houston, one of the biggest underground economy in the country. I know personally of small business owners cashing $20k checks weekly.Yes, much of it is unreported income but that’s the way an under ground economy works.
At least for her Black boyfriends.
That is the photo on her ID. Her booking photo does not have a smile.
If you are going to be getting that kind of cash, you generally are going to need to make advanced arrangements. So the teller might have known about it in advance (its probably something the staff would have gossiped about) and had her boyfriends on standby.
ser.ious.ly. TRAVOON!!

Heres what you need to know about Shelby Wyse:
1. Police Say Wyse Texted One of the Robbers to Tell Them Who to Target for Theft
On August 17, the victim in the case withdrew $75,000 from Wallis State Bank off FM 1960. Wyse, an employee at the bank, allegedly watched the withdrawal on surveillance video. She allegedly texted her boyfriend, Travonn Johnson and told him to follow the victim after she left the bank.
The victim was on her way to her familys gas station and check cashing business when she was ambushed by Travonn Johnson and Davis Dowell Mitchell. The two men apparently attacked her in the parking lot of her familys business, acting on a tip from Wyse. But the attack went terribly wrong after the victims husband rushed out of the business to try and help her. One of the men got into the car and backed over the victim, leaving her critically injured.
Hey darling, how’s that diversity working out for you?
