Occam's razor: they are not nearly as salacious and incriminating as claimed. The FBI has concluded their investigation, no charges are being filed. There is no plan to ever release the laptop contents. (When police seize things with a search warrant, once the case is over they return those things to the person they seized them from, in general. Private papers remain private.) That's what has happened here.

And how do you know this what is "your" source?

Therefore,the Washington Post is connected to the CIA. It is the Oracle's considered opinion that the Washington Post is the paper of record of the CIA and is used to force their version of the truth and to shape American public opinion.

Q posts graphics. The first two are illustrations of how FBI personnel connect to reporters. The second is the chain of commend (CoC) of the FBI "MidYear" investigation into Hillary's email scandal.
Then Q reposts two of his previous posts that outline how the FBI swamp is being drained with several FBI personnel being removed from their positions.
The link he then posted is a document from the FBI Office of the Inspector General (OIG). It is a Review of Various Actions by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Justice in Advance of the 2016 Election
It appears that most of those responsible for the Hillary Clinton scandal coverup have been drained. There is a list of FBI personnel with question marks after their name. Have they been drained yet? Will they be if not?
Q indicates that the FBI collusion with the media was responsible for the "biggest coverup in US history." The Hillary emails would/will reveal some things, so to speak.
