The site that "reported" that John McCain was going to resign today was the Santa Monica Observer, which is a fake news site. The previous article written by the author (Stan Greene) of the 'McCain will resign on July 4th and be replaced by Cindy McCain' piece was about the killing of a chupacabra.

Weird so many here fell for this.
