He’s been stalking and harassing via social media County and news staff since then
Guess shooting up the newsroom was a softer target than going after a judge and courtroom
But it looks like he could be a “Ramos.”
Hispanic means that his primary language is Spanish....
Latino means that he would be from a South American country.....
Either description has nothing to do with his race....you have everything from Black, White or Indigenous Indian that could fit either description....and of course, any mix of the above....

The photo from Twitter is of the reporter (the bald guy). If you do a Google search on his name (Eric Hartley), you will find many similar photos of him.
Chances are the shooter made the twitter account to harass Eric Hartley.

I lived in Arlington for 3.5 years, and I never heard of the Capital Gazette. Is this one of the ‘free’ newspapers that they hand out near the subway?
