One of the more notable differences between Watergate and the metastasizing scandals involving the FBI, our intelligence agencies, and the Obama administration -- subjects of the soon-to-be-released inspector general's report -- is that the media exposed Watergate. They aided and abetted the current transgressions.
By providing a willing and virtually unquestioned repository for every anonymous leaker (as long as he or she was on the "right" side) in Washington and beyond, the press has evolved from being part of the solution to being a major part of the problem. Gone are the days of the true "whistle-blower." Here are the days of the special interest provocateur, shaping public opinion by passing on half-truths and outright lies to their favorite reporter. One might then even call the media, in Orwell's words, "objectively pro-fascist," functioning much in the manner of Pravda and Izvestia during that famous author's time, covertly or overtly pushing the party line in the most slavish and orthodox manner while feigning "objectivity."
CNN, NBC, the Washington Post and The New York Times -- misinforming the public as it hasn't since the days of their great Stalin-excuser Walter Duranty (still pictured on their Pulitzer wall of honor) -- are particularly egregious in this regard. But there are many others. And the current scandal is far, far worse than Watergate, which, bad as it was, was the coverup of a completely unnecessary buffoon-like break-in during an election that was already won in a landslide. What is being exposed now is an attempt by our highest law enforcement agency working in concert with our intelligence agencies and, evidently, the blessing of the former administration itself to block the candidate of the opposing party, even to defraud and spy on him, that is to, as others have said, "set him up." And then, if they were unsuccessful, make it impossible for him to govern. In addition, in all probability, the same players conspired to make certain Hillary Clinton was not indicted for a crime for which virtually any other American would have done jail time.
yes failure to vet obama and let dhim become president was the start of the visible insurrection led by the politicians and news media and agreed to by the judicial system of judges who refused to follow the constitution..-no standing-if we the people have no standing, then they the judges have no authority.
I don’t recall a conservative administration ever having the fortitude to systematically chronicle and reveal how the democrats, justice dept and media collude for political power. Granted, for the recent election, this axis of evil reached it’s pinnacle. It will be interesting to see how reasonable democrats respond. Will only the most rabid leftists remain?

Yes, but this is not recent. To my observation it happened in about 1968.
Anyone with half a brain knows there is no Trump-Russia connection on the election. They/we know the only reason they are doing this is to unseat Trump.. to nullify our vote... and run the government like they planned. They know it has been a dog and pony show with mueller and his crew... Yet they still talk/act/continue as if they will find the key to how Trump won and they are SURE it was not legit. Trump is innocent but they won’t stop.. until they impeach him and then charge him.. they would have the power and the means to do just that... and we would be next. They would aim to remove all stumblilng blocks from their goals of global domination.
(Do you recall seeing the Pres Mubarak of Egypt in a cell on a sort of bed... half out of it... and bars between where he was and where he had been... the elite in power can make any charge.. they aleady have... except for we the people who are still with Trump.. they’d try it.)
However, anyone with half a brain knows by now, there is NOTHING there. but they continue. Even some of Fox’s hosts ask questions as if all this has been an honest investigation. They treat it as if Trump is guilty and mueller, et al... are the honest ones! Yet they KNOW it’s not that way.. they are more afraid of mueller than the Pres of the Nation.
I guess they are still in unbelief that a man like Trump could win the highest office in the land. They don’t know the people out here... and they never will.
I’ve never seen anything like the hatred they show for a man who has kept his promises, getting results from nations not a one of them could accomplish, and doing a better job than any of their picks could have done.. HOWEVER, if hilary had won, they’d still have their swamp closer to completion.
But the qustions, the assumptions, the letting it run and run .. on and on... makes them look really dense.. dumb.. and their vindictiveness shows .. they can’t stand to see Trump in their honor seat!
The left and the media and too many republicans, hate our pick as President... they all have been in Washington too long and have forgotten about the people... and are serving themselves.
I want Trump to make a statement in a speech about what the media has turned into and what they are doing... show examples of what he said and then what they reported he said. (”animals” is one of the examples he could use.. He never said immigrants were.. but the media turns everything into their lie and they stir up trouble and divide the nation).
Amd I want Trump to first, fire Sessions for dereliction of duty and siding with the enemy... and then fire all of the rest involved in the justice dept and intelligence depts. One sentence... “you are guilty of treasonous crimes against this nation and the people.. you are fired and you will face the judgment seat that you tried to take over.”
We all know it’s a farce... why do they continue.. Trump is strong with foreign affairs and can’t come to the point to end this... his lawyers are not advising him to be strong..
just don’t do anything that might upset the apple cart...

We point to the news media with SHAME...they straighten their backs and resist, firing return rhetoric. We need to change our approach from shame to mockery. We need to start laughing at them...their is no response for them.
IG report is being nuked as we speak. AG and FBI will edit it so severely that it take until after MIDTERMS.....hello.....all that matters is mid-terms.

The goal from day one when they set out to get rid of Trump and save hillary... was just that. They didn’t care about russia .. obama had just interfered with Israel elections.. the dem party knew they had been hacked by russia.. there was just one thing on their minds.. to get hillary in there so they could continue their swamp.
They saw Trump might be a problem and set out to stop him.. it was never about russia influence in an election. they did manage to convince the people that it was .. some of them.. but the media and all of obama’s horde.. they knew it was only to get Trump. If they couldn’t get him out.. at least slow him down and make him weary..
