Excellent. They’re fun movies.
As for ideas Hollywood has lots of them. Too many. With 200 movies wide released a year they need to figure out ways to make movies stick out. So they bank on “known properties”, a large quantity of these remakes and sequels were original properties that nobody could figure out how to sell until somebody said “with a bit of tweaking...”

Can you imagine, there was a day, not that long ago when you could go to the movies and see:
- Bette Devis
- Cary Grant
- Steve McQueen
- Lee Marvin
- Kim Novak
- Geraldine Page
- Jimmy Stewart
- Ava Gardner
- and on, and on, and on, …

1989's Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure and 1991's Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey Gave me lots of laughs back in the day. They still will when I watch for ten minutes or so.

I don’t think I’ll be going to see this movie, but I will say that Keanu Reeves is one of the rare prominent actors who I have never heard make any political comments or say anything negative about a candidate or voter group.

Does Hollywood have any ideas left? Hollywood only really has one idea; make money! And this movie is guaranteed to at least not lose money. It's a sure thing.
And let's face it. American audiences aren't the most sophisticated bunch. We tend to prefer mindless escapism. Bill and Ted 3 will do just fine.

I really liked Keanu Reeves in “A Walk In The Clouds”. Great story. Beautiful setting. Endearing romance. Wonderful score. And yes, great acting all around.

I love 1 and 2 but when ever they do these years later sequels they never capture the spirit of the original. I’ll wait till I see the trailer before I complain too much about it
