The star of “Ace Ventura: Pet Detective” and “The Mask” said on Twitter on Tuesday that he’s dumping his Facebook stock and deleting his page because the social media giant profited from Russian interference in the U.S. presidential election via spreading false news with Russian origins, and says the company is still not doing enough to stop it.
The 56-year-old Carrey encouraged other investors and users to do the same. He ended his tweet with the hashtag “unfriendfacebook.”

This creates an interesting dilemma. Jim Carrey is an idiot but Facebook is a blight on our society.
Well, if you can’t take orders from a mental powerhouse like Jim Carrey, I don’t know what you could possibly be thinking.
I absolutely cannot stand his idiotic movies. Not that I’ve seen many. One or two is more than enough.

If I had a Facebook account, which I don’t, I would say;

Maybe we should play along with the left. Direct their insane hatred towards Trump towards Facebook. Yeah, Facebook got him elected, yeah that’s the ticket, yeah they work for the Russians. And while we’re at it, also remind them that Facebook also promotes racism, sexual assault and this is especially true: Is a tool used by scammers that scams tens of millions every year from people especially the elderly who lose their life savings which to date Facebook has never been held liable for, so maybe it’s time some class action lawsuits are in order which I’m sure billionaire Mark Zuckerberg would be very eager to settle since he cares about poor people so much like he caresl about illegal aliens.
This Russian thing is going way too far. The group that hates the Russians the most were Nazis and Fascists. And considering that all the Democrat leaders spew their hatred out all day long about Russians this and Russians that, we can just assume all Democrats are Nazis
I would rather have facebook than Democrats. With facebook, you can control the inanity, but with Democrats, you can’t control the insanity.

So, Jim, have you realized that if YOU invested in Facebook, that means YOU profited from their underhanded ways? How do you plan to purge yourself of their dirty profits? Or have you thought that far ahead?
