Yes, Uma Thurman is mad.
She has been raped. She has been sexually assaulted. She has been mangled in hot steel. She has been betrayed and gaslighted by those she trusted.
And were not talking about her role as the blood-spattered bride in Kill Bill. Were talking about a world that is just as cutthroat, amoral, vindictive and misogynistic as any Quentin Tarantino hellscape.
Were talking about Hollywood, where even an avenging angel has a hard time getting respect, much less bloody satisfaction.
Playing foxy Mia Wallace in 1994s Pulp Fiction and ferocious Beatrix Kiddo in Kill Bill, Volumes 1 (2003) and 2 (2004), Thurman was the lissome goddess in the creation myth of Harvey Weinstein and Quentin Tarantino. The Miramax troika was the ultimate in indie cool. A spellbound Tarantino often described his auteur-muse relationship with Thurman who helped him conceive the idea of the bloody bride as an Alfred Hitchcock-Ingrid Bergman legend. (With a foot fetish thrown in.) But beneath the glistening Oscar gold, there was a dark undercurrent that twisted the triangle.

Everyone involved in this story is a card carrrying liberal.
It's the movie that really propelled his career.
They've been giving away their power for the past 50 years.
This from the article:
Through a representative, Weinstein, who is in therapy in Arizona, agreed that she very well could have said this.
Weinstein's "therapy" consists of spending the day talking about his sexual problem, and then spending the night back at his hotel room ordering room service with a side of hooker.
She’s still bitter about that lousy date with Kramer.
and the date was gold, Jerry. GOLD!
“It appears to me that many of these stars now complaining about being molested kept quiet until their careers were well established.”
I’m not sure how they can claim it was rape when they expected to get paid in some fashion. Sounds more like prostitution they just didn’t like.
“Plus she had to go on a date with Kenny Bania”
Ovaltine > That’s Gold Jerry! Gold!
Funny funny funny scene to my warped sense of humor.
Wrong is wrong.
But some of this stuff is really just a date that didn’t go well. I don’t see that as a prosecutable offense.
And some of this stuff is just a ploy to get publicity by people who are has-beens. That’s a prosecutable offense and such false charges should lead to prison for the woman who makes up stories.
so endured these ‘attacks’ to forward her career. so, like a lot of females, she flat-backed her way to fame and NOW expects us to feel sorry for her.
Movies should have a notice that reads:
No children, women, young boys or girls and no animals were raped, molested, forced in to any type of sex to get a part in this movie
Right at the beginning of the movie.
Well, on the one hand, hindsight is 20/20. On the other hand, Tarantino has always made my skin crawl. I’m glad she told her story, I was wondering what the heck happened to her and now I know.
Kathryn Zeta Jones...
Okay...
“They’ve been giving away their power for the past 50 years.”
The smart ones don’t give it away, they use it to manipulate men into doing what they want.
No big surprises here.
> > > I couldnt stand that movie.
You didn’t like the dance scene?

Parts of it were beyond disgusting but other parts were quite interesting.
