Democrats' already wide advantage over Republicans in a hypothetical Congressional matchup has grown, according to a new CNN poll conducted by SSRS. At the same time, enthusiasm about voting next year has increased among Democrats nationwide following an unexpected win in Alabama's Senate special election and a strong showing in Virginia's state government elections last month.
Among registered voters, 56% say they favor a Democrat in their congressional district, while 38% prefer a Republican. That 18-point edge is the widest Democrats have held in CNN polling on the 2018 contests, and the largest at this point in midterm election cycles dating back two decades. The finding follows several other public polls showing large double-digit leads for Democrats on similar questions

I’ll never trust a poll again after last November. She was up double digits in states he ended up winning. The media doesn’t realize how bad their credibility rating is.
We have to keep at the false narrative and push MAGA every darn second of the day, we can’t let them define reality.
The Democrats will win in 2018 just like they did in 2016.
The stupid party will need to do a much better job marketing the tax package if it wants to retain seats. You can bet the dems are marshaling all of their marketing forces and messages, not to mention lining up “ordinary people” to proclaim how bad it is.
This will be the first time angry anti-Trump voters will get to exact their ounce of flesh on a national scale.

Dont underestimate the stupidity of the American people. The tax bill is incredibly unpopular. Very few like Trump. Democrat voters are enthused. Republican voters are turned off. Its a recipe for disaster. And its all because Americans are stupid, ill informed and gullible.

Yeah, but are republicans like us turned off now that we have massive tax cuts, repeal of Obamacare and a bunch of other goodies like Anwar drilling? Additionally, will republicans be turned off next year if the economy continues to roar back, increasing jobs and raises, as a result of these tax cuts? I’m betting on Trump and the republicans that he is dragging through to MAGA.
