Porn star August Ames was found dead of an apparent suicide Wednesday, one day after the adult actress was apparently bullied by social justice warriors on social media for explaining she would not perform in scenes alongside male actors who also perform in gay porn, due to health concerns.
Ames, whose real name is Mercedes Grabowski, “died of asphyxia due to hanging” in what has been ruled as a suicide, according to Ventura County, California officials. She was 23 years old.
Grabowski was bullied on Twitter after she announced her refusal to do porn scenes with gay porn actors, citing what she claimed was a higher likelihood of contracting HIV.
Users quickly called Grabowski, who was bisexual, “homophobic” for her remarks, prompting the actress to further explain.
“NOT homophobic. Most girls don’t shoot with guys who have shot gay porn, for safety,” Grabowski proclaimed. “That’s just how it is with me. I’m not putting my body at risk, i don’t know what they do in their private lives.”

I don’t know enough about the circumstances about her death to doubt that it was a suicide (especially by hanging!) and depression is, almost by nature, an illness that unhinges one’s ability to think clearly. I was simply pointing out the irony.
A great many porn stars die young and many of that group take their own lives. The women are used and abused to the point that many question their own self-worth and once that impulse strikes home, insecurity and depression soon follow - often aided by alcoholism and/or drug abuse.
Amazingly, the successful ones are just as vulnerable as the ones who count act their way through a scene. If you read her bio, she was highly successful in her field.
It didn’t bring her love or happiness though, only a label they feel will follow them forever.
I think I got an idea, Hell we were all kids.
I had friends who told stories, which I listened but it didn’t seem right or I just wasn’t interested to the point of acting on it. My interests were food, firecrackers, treehouses and sports. Anything else I shrugged my shoulders. Puberty and Sarah M.’s tight sweaters would help push me along the right way.. HeeHee.
I like to think I had a full childhood and now I’m having a pretty full adulthood.
I wonder with kids today having an abbreviated childhood that that’s the reason young people are so, well immature.
Their nature childhood was stopped by the intrusion of sex.
We got 20 year olds who play video games rather than work on their cars, cannot stand to listen to another opinion yet demand we listen to them, demand their every whim be met, “safe rooms” and throw a tantrum when they don’t get their way
I was a late baby boomer but I “identify” more with my parents generation than earlier boomers(not a hippy) or the later “Tweeners”

My second wife and I both enjoyed the company of older people. I always have.
That group seemed to have more common sense. I liked the things they talked about. They had a respect for the nation.
Today even the older folks hate the nation. The Leftists are convinced this is the worst nation ever. I have no idea how they can logically come to that conclusion.
During Reagan’s era, we freed up a massive number of people who lived in the U.S.S.R., or within it’s shadow. A number of other nations went Capitalist rather than Socialist.
We fought in two world wars and helped rescue others around the planet from despots.
The people in Vietnam would live free today if it weren’t for our Leftists.
Who do these people think will pick up the mantle and become the protector of the free world?

And yes, I really do know better. I’m just furious. I don’t hope they rot in hell. I hope they repent, shut down their companies, and go scrub floors or some honest work.

Another red flag is the multiple personality disorder. In most cases, Multiple Personality Disorder (Dissociative Identity Disorder) is caused by sexual abuse.
I’d like to think that’s the case as well, but seeing as how gay men do not sleep with women, it’s not. It may apply to acts in your mind, and I’d even say that it applies to acts in my mind, but it doesn’t in their minds, so...
I don’t know what to tell you, this is how they do on the West Coast, and the motive is money. The pay is apparently higher for that type of porn.

There is already a growing narrative of condemnation for normal guys refusing to date “trans women” (men in drag). Yes, this is the direction they’re taking it. Forget “if you don’t like gay sex, don’t have gay sex.” The left never means what it says.
Wrong. As a former police officer, I’ve seen several confirmed self-hangings by females.
I’m sick of the sympathy this woman is getting. Sure, she “had a chance.” With her looks she could have at least been a model.
