In the missing person report, Kelley was described as "a danger to himself and others as he had already been caught sneaking fire arms onto Hollomon Air Force Base." The report said Kelley "was attempting to carry out death threats" he had made on his military chain of command.

Why would some brass (or maybe just simple bureaucratic incompetency) in the military thought this person would be a changed man once discharged into civilian world?
I think the Air Force has some explaining to do. Thirty years ago, if you made a threat against anyone in your chain of command, you get several years added onto charges.
This guy sounds like the army’s Bergdahl guy and should never have made it out of boot camp.
I’m sure ambulance chasing lawyers have flooded Sutherland Springs, Texas, and if it’s possible for these shooting survivors, and the injured, to sue the U.S. Air Force for negligence, we’ll soon find out.
Maybe he/she was undergoing a gender identification crisis, and toxic masculinity would not let go...
