Almost 620,000 gay and bisexual men in the United States were living with HIV in 2014, and 100,000 of these men were not even aware of their infection. These men are 100 times more likely to have anal cancer than HIV-negative men who exclusively have sex with women. Yet, no national screening guidelines exist for anal cancer prevention in any population.
Anal cancer is predominantly caused by chronic or persistent human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. HPV infection can lead to the development of anal precancer which, if remains undetected or not adequately treated, may lead to anal cancer. Likewise, HPV infection is also responsible for causing cervical, vaginal, vulvar, oropharyngeal, penile and rectal cancers.
The objective of screening is to identify and treat these precancers to prevent occurrence of anal cancer. However, one of the reasons for the lack of screening guidelines is that anal precancer treatment has not yet been shown to prevent invasive cancer. Our study, published today in the journal Cancer, attempts to find a possible solution to prevent anal cancer in HIV-positive gay and bisexual men, using the best available data. We found that age-specific anal precancer management, including post-treatment HPV vaccination, can potentially lead to an 80 percent decrease in lifetime risk of anal cancer and anal cancer mortality among gay and bisexual men.

I used to research and write scholarly papers and books on topics such as this for a living, and have NEVER heard of anyone - even gay apologists - attempt to make the argument that you are asserting. If anything, they argue the opposite position in order to gain sympathy for their “oppressed” community.
Yeah I know how it works: you point to a couple of narrowly-focused questionable study done by gay supporters (typically rife with methodological errors) to “prove” your point.
I'd like to see a link to that.

I never read articles about that, although I read it’s quite common. You don’t think homosexuals are preventing the publication of this information, do you? I doubt there’s a medical breakthrough for this.

I’m having a REALLY hard time caring about this.
If a gay man has 50 plus anal sex partners per year, he should expect he’ll contract all kinds of diseases.
Actually, the gays who DO KNOW they have AIDS continue to share it too. Some gay men have actually contracted HIV intentionally so they can receive all the free stuff AIDS sufferers get...housing, food stamps, free medical care, etc . Many medications available now that ameliorate the symptoms so guys are living decades with AIDS without feeling as bad, apparently, as they'd feel if they actually had jobs.
I know this is true because I lived in SF for ten years and knew gay men at school and at work who told me.

They do get surgery but it isn’t that effective.

That's homophobic. We can't ask questions about the causes. We can only pour resources into this terrible disease which has nothing to do with gay sex but merely coincidentally impacts gay men at an absurdly high rate. Just bad luck. No study need, now turn on the funding.
