Not if some sort of electromagnetic energy weapon like a laser was being used. Makes as much sense as the conspiracy theories.

I don’t know about the strobe. Supposedly, the cops pointed out the strobe in comms, but I was keeping up with it as it happened, on different news and scanner feeds, and the story changed multiple times. I’ve read accounts from people there, that said shots were fired inside Tropicana, and they found a gunshot victim at NYNY. Whether they made it there after getting shot at the concert or not, I don’t know. They were looking for the woman, had a BOLO out for 2 vehicles, and they said they had found her. Then we hear she is out of the country, and they’ve talked to her. ISIS claims responsibility, and she had family in Dubai, which she visited a few months ago. His neighbors say he disappeared for a 6 month period. She’s from Indonesia, and is Australian? That’s what I read, anyway. Infowars claims a source that says they found AntiFa material in his room, but who knows about that. I do know that the night it happened, the FBI supposedly wasn’t involved, but then we hear that they may have breached the room and shot him. There’s just a lot of things about these people and that night that don’t line up. I doubt we’ll ever know what actually happened. Where the hell is the surveillance video of him? He’d been there since the 28th. The casino and hotels have cameras literally everywhere. There should be a ton of footage. Of him, of the event, it should be documented from every angle.

That flashing looked incidental to the audible gunfire. It continued well after the burst interval that you could hear, until it was obscured due to movement of the driver down the road. The flashing looked fairly persistent. I would guess it’s a reflection in the window of something across the way
He broke to massive windows? Didn’t anyone hear or notice glass flying down below?

One of the early reports I saw yesterday indicated that the smoke alarms in the guy’s room went off from all the ammunition smoking off. I’m sure that would have triggered warning devices (strobe lights and audible alarms) all over the hotel.

How could anyone possibly shoot from the 4th or 5th floors without breaking the windows?

Read this. Witness report of multiple shooters, and a guy running, dressed like security.
And in about every mass casualty situation initial reports have the police searching for multiple shooters and slowly whittle the number down.
It was based on the presumption that Oswald fired three shots and missed with the second one, but it's more likely that the first shot was the one that missed. That would have meant Oswald got off two shots, not three, in the six-second interval.
