In some of the wealthiest neighbourhoods of the United States, a growing number of wealthy men are taking drastic measures.
A recent New York Post story Hamptons bachelors are getting vasectomies so gold diggers cant trap them takes all we deem true about reproductive power that women ultimately hold all the aces and blows it out of the water.
It tells the calculated tales of four men including a wealthy, promiscuous real estate developer who claims he caught a woman trying to inseminate herself from a condom shed offered to flush away. The vasectomy is insurance, he says.
Dr. David Shusterman, a New York urologist who performs the procedures, explains: Theres a spike in single guys who get the procedure in spring and early summer.

“These are single men.”
Exactly.
If they are doing this to women who aren’t their wife, they get whatever they deserve.
You had your fun, bub, now pay for it.
These guys are worse than anyone.
Not if she turns it inside-out as she inserts it.
I feel NO sympathy for guys who get caught in this situation.
If you wanted to encourage marriage, you would have men having ZERO obligations unless legally married.
Women need to have an incentive to marry early, rather than the current widespread practice of playing around during their 20's, in the expectation that they will get some sucker to marry their worn-out selves after they hit The Wall, and are no longer of interest to the handsome, exciting men they chased in their 30's.
Castration: when you really want to be sure
To paraphrase the theme from “Love Story”:
“Vasectomy means never having to say you’re sorry.”
FWIW, there are some great youtube vids of golddiggers getting pranked.
“in their 30’s” meant “in their 20’s”
You know, men can just behave lime a mature adult and not worry about this type of stuff.
If they want to keep dipping their wick in strange wells, then yeah, at some point they are going to reproduce.
If you have sex with a different female every week using birth control that has a 99% success rating then in 2 years the odds are you are going to have fathered a child.
It is just math.
You would think that these males would be able to figure this out but apparently "math is hard!"
They should be getting vasectomies to ensure they are not creating children they have no intention to be a full parent to ... that includes a hell of a lot more than money.
Not necessarily. She can get herself pregnant by another man and still sue you for child support under the “Someone has to pay for this baby” legal defense. There are a large number of men paying for someone else’s baby.
Zero obligations to children is not much better than abortion. At least the child lives but has no father ... which is irresponsible in the extreme.
How about adults be responsible for the child they co-create? Nah, that would be too hard.
Well, one could simply keep it in ones pants...
I honestly don’t know how a guy with a normal, healthy libido, goes for years without having sex. I’m sure it can be done, but it seems really hard. I guess that is why the apostle Paul said it is better to be single, but if you are horny, get married.
I dunno, maybe I just have more testosterone than most guys.
Which only victimizes the child.
But hey, never mind.
In our culture a child is just like trash anyway.
It served to make one parent not responsible for a child ... very convenient for one ... now we get abortion for convenience.
Nice work
Oh here we go. Can’t wait for all the misogyny.
It’s all her fault. Why do I have to get milked just because I sired a kid?
Try keeping your damn stick in your pants, period. Stop sinning, and this garbage wouldn’t happen.
I gather that prior to a vasectomy, the patient can select whether the surgery will be permanent, or of a kind easier to reverse. Nothing too technical about it, just surgical technique.
This being said, monogamy is no solution, as even if he honestly did not have sex with the woman, she can extort him by claiming he had. Typically this means he will be under pressure until the baby is born and comparative DNA tests can be made. Which is a very long time to have a ruined reputation, severe family friction and even divorce, with little or no chance of monetary recovery from the blackmailer.
I see all these “these losers should just keep it in their pants” posts as the equivalent of seeing fat people and saying, “these losers should just eat less.”
The human condition is to be imperfect.
I’m VERY happily married and quite fulfilled in this area, but being a man, I know the heart of man. Even at 63, if my wife died I’d have to find me a new wife. The risk of sin, otherwise, would be unbearably high. Again, I reference the words of Paul.
And long term use of hormonal contraception is a medical risk for women.
