As Hillary continues her Excuse Tour I am always reminded of the collapse seen 'round the world. For me this was the turning point, the wake up call. After the reelection of Obama I figured America was doomed, the fix was in, this was our last chance etc. So I just started tuning out on America's decline. Figured i couldnt do much more than just bend over and take it. Then Hillary became the Uniparty's chosen candidate and while I loved Trump and would be voting for him I knew democracy was dead and he would merely be playing the role of the losing Republican candidate.
Then the collapse occurred and suddenly I was jolted from my apathetic slumber. I felt hope and smelled a lot of blood in the water. The sleeping giant, silent majority also awoke and everyone really started paying attention. Despite the despicable attempts by the media to lie and cover up, the public started actively seeking and learning the awful truth about Hillary through Wikileaks, blogs, talk radio which of course caused the media to come up with the term FAKE NEWS to describe anything which does not fit their narrative. (this is now backfiring on them nicely) even more people became more outraged and disgusted with the democrat/media complex which naturally led to even more lies and coverups. Meanwhile support for Trump was grpwing in numbers and enthusiam.
So was the collapse possibly the salient event that turned the tide and may have changed the course of history?
Believe me, the first time I watched that video, my jaw hit the floor. The only situation I’m aware of that resembles it is a person who’s drunk to the very edge of total blackout. No motor control at all.
Nixon won two presidential elections after he said that!
Hillary never collapsed, because she never inflated to begin with. What collapsed, was liberals' fantasies of her serving Obama's third term.
It's damn near impossible for either party to hold the White House for three consecutive terms. It's only been done once in the last 65 years. To do so, requires a very successful, well loved, two term president (like Reagan was). Secondly, it requires a candidate who the people trust to carry the torch for the retiring CiC.
The Democrats had neither of those two conditions in 2016. It would have taken a miracle, or a much better Democrat candidate to win.

Yep media controls the narrative. Thats why Trump won when the media told us Hillary had 80% chance of winning going into election day.
No. The media still THINKS they control the narrative. Big difference.
The biggest problem facing this country right now are the RINOs who refuse to do their job and follow the will of the American people
A guy taking pictures of his penis to send to underage girls - saved America

The MSM still controls the Rinos.
Nope. Society cycles back and forth at a fairly constant rate. Especially in the US. Since the Civil War, with a few exception, we’ve been on a steady cycle of one party holding the White House for two terms, then the other one getting it, meanwhile their party loses seats in Congress the midterms. In 2024 the Dems will take back the White House, set your watch to it. There are no permanent majorities, there are no permanent changes of direction, there is a pendulum, and its swing is monotonous.
Trump was able to wrest control of the daily narrative away from the MSM masterfully. He used tweets, rallies, debate zingers and other tactics. He put all his knowledge and experience to good use, and it paid off.
There wasn’t much he could do about the collapse, however. As with any issue, he had to walk a fine line between criticizing Crooked and ‘picking on the girl.’ To much emphasis—from Trump—on this issue would have backfired in a big way. (Do you recall a certain would-be senator named Rick Lazio? Hillary and the MSM spent the entire campaign hoping for a Lazio moment. Trump wisely refused to give them one.)
Touche. Good point
To much = Too much
I don’t think that she likes people. I believe that she is a sociopath and is unable to understand people. This is the reason for her exaggerated facial expressions.
Hillary is
“LUMP”
Lump sat alone in a boggy marsh,
Totally emotionless except for her heart
Mud flowed up into lump’s pajamas
She totally confused all the passing pihranas
She’s lump, she’s lump
She’s in my head
She’s lump, she’s lump, she’s lump
She might be dead
Lump lingered last in line for brains
And the one she got was sorta rotten and insane
Small things so sad that birds could land
Is lump fast asleep or rockin’ out with the band?

You said it better ...

That’s a good insight. From all accounts, she pretty much hates people. Think of all the stories of her unimaginable nastiness toward SS AGENTS and the military. Then there’s the ‘no eye contact,’ rule. Also, remember the way she unnecessarily *ruined* the lives of the hardworking, innocent people in the WH travel office. She wasn’t content to fire them—she had to grossly smear them also.
Let’s don’t even start on her treatment of BC’s sexually abused women. And the term Arkancide—where there’s that much smoke there’s fire.
She’s also wildly paranoid. Whenever a pathologically paranoid person gains power, very bad things happen.
Prescient song about hillary written by aptly named band
