They need to recast ALL the B team replacements for her and Tony. I don’t like ANY of them. Bishop has had several seasons and still is so boring — both character and actress — that if an episode doesn’t have her no one would notice.

Before they tossed Cote, they had to kill off her Israeli father character, geld DiNozzo and McGee, and bring in the counter-sitting ineffectual Bishop, whose first duties were to facilitate the deaths of federal agents due to her incompetence.
Mindy’s husband sure forced out the conservative Bellisario and made the show his own.
Mindy’s husband is WAY overrated, and I refuse to watch the show any more, even re-runs with Ziva.

I don’t watch any more, either. They have made a series of casting blunders that rendered it unwatchable. First they had to have a woman boss, then a black boss, then they brought in not one nerd, but three. Firing Ziva was a stupid move, as was selecting that blonde dishrag to replace her. Then they let Tony go.
Just one stupid blunder after another.
She is awesome.
Money, money, money. That’s the real reason. They are milking it for the last few drops before killing it.

This show has so many strong characters that it lends itself to showing them off rather than just using songs to demonstrate what the show is about.

Okay, but couldn’t they have gotten more money out of it with good casting decisions?
My wife and I still watch, although it’s not as good as it use to be. I wish that Cote de Pablo would do a guest appearance on “Bull” with Michael Weatherly. I imagine CBS could charge as much as they wanted to for the commercials.
I have to admit that you’re right about the show now. Putting on O’s wife was sort of my last straw. I buy the DVDs for vidding, but can’t really watch it anymore. But I’m still excited by NCIS-LA. And I really miss JAG.

So, they profit more from making a worse show.

Apologies, I try not to even utter the name of the man married to Mork and Mindy’s Mindy, Pam Dauber: Mark Harmon.
He forced out Bellisario, who was the genius behind NCIS (and JAG and Cagney and Lacey) until it was time to kill Israelis and emasculate the agents for our country’s enemies.
Ziva David is the perfect woman...

He married Pam Dawber who played Mindy on Mork and Mindy, the show that made Robin Williams a star.
Bishops character is lame as hell.
Dunno what is up with Dinozzos new mind game show, which I thought would be interesting.
But, the liar liar stuff has already been done to death...
Weatherly should be trading on his good looks and delivery of lines containing wit or flirtation.
