A young doctor has recalled the horrifying moment she almost bled to death after a Tinder stalker stabbed her 11 times and doused her in gas.
Dr. Angela Jay sobbed in relief after being told that Paul Lambert, 36, was shot dead by police after leading officers on a 100-mile chase on the east coast of Australia.
Lambert broke into Jay’s home as part of a sick plot to rape and murder her after she ended their two-month relationship, police believe.
“He caught me again and started pouring [gas] over me, there was terror now and that gave me extra strength to run.”
She recalled how she slipped on the gas while trying to escape.
Jay, who was born in the United States, eventually managed to flee to a neighbor’s house for help in Port Macquarie, a coastal town on Australia’s eastern coast.
Jay and Lambert met on the dating app Tinder, but the affair soured after eight weeks when Jay told Lambert that she didn’t want to see him anymore.
He did not take the news well.

Franky when I comes to sex, generally speaking, women do not place a premium on it like men do. Secondly women can over look certain physical attractiveness short comings, turn off the lights an lay there and do nothing basically.
Men don't have that option. They have to "be into it" every time or it doesn't work. The more unattractive the female partner the more mental work a guy has to do the "get there". Sex becomes a job, a chore, instead of fun.
Marriage is supposed to be a lifetime thing. Young men are different from older men who value female attributes beyond the physical. Just like women are different from men when it comes to sex and relationships. You have to look at it from the other sides point of view.

I recognize that men are more visual creatures and honestly, women are also more attracted to good looking men as well.
The issue wasn’t that, however, but the mentality that some men have that they deserve a hot woman.
Or perhaps more accurately that they are too good to have to settle for a not hot woman, when they are nothing special to look at themselves. Do they not see that? The double standard they set up?
For women the more important part of sex is the emotional aspect. If a guy is basically ignoring her most of the time except when he wants sex or food, then he’s not going to get a warm reception in bed. She will just basically let it happen instead of actively participate because she feels she’s just being used.
Women know how important sex is to a man and feels used when a man only pays attention to her for that and not the rest of the time as a person who is more than a sex partner.
It takes effort on BOTH sides.

There is social status among men in having a hot wife/partner. There is no status in having a homely wife i.e. settling. Sorry but this is just reality. The older you get this means less and less but the reality still exists.
OK. THAT actually answers the question.
It is way more sexual then you think. The status thing is just part of it.
