The conservative revolution has just begun. We are witnessing democrats are in the throes of death and it's happening much more quickly than I anticipated. Trump has racked up at least 100 TDs since Nov 9 and democrats have just scored their first field goal with their very last line of defense, a leftist judge. But is this unconstitutional embarrassing ruling really a win? Not trying to politicize but when the next terrorist attack occurs on American soil (because it is not a matter of if but when) they will own it and it will be another nail in their coffin. Trump will be vindicated and be able to say see? I told you so! If democrats were smart they would follow the rule of law. Thankfully they have learned nothing and become even more unhinged. They are so desperate to defeat Trump that they fail to see the bigger picture and continue shooting themselves in the foot. Because Trump is so demonstrably pro America and wants to keep America safe, the left are forced ro take more anti American stances that put America at higher risk. If they were smart they would not pick this fight but they just cant seem to help themselves.
Trump needs to round up the Republicans in the Senate and go nuclear on the SCOTUS nomination NOW, or else this usurpation of the President’s foreign policy/immigration authority will become “settled law”.
He should have just ignored the law, fire anyone who disagrees, and gone straight to the nation explaining why he as president, has the right to do what he did. And WE have a right not to be invaded.
Why doesn’t congress go into recess so Trump can make a recess appointment to the bench? It’s because the gop congress approves of this power grab by the judiciary. They think they will be able to reverse it once they get a company man in the white house again. Fools, they never learn.

The check of judges is impeachment, a tool that Congress won;t use, because Congress prefers other entities do the work, leaving Congress free to politic openly.

I think you are right. The 9th Circuit decision can’t stand, it would mean every future US President has zero control over our borders and that anyone can enter.
It will be a hard next six months, but exposing the sanity is like a slow but sure acid eating at Democrats.
The metaphorical TDs don’t matter if the courts can simply “vacate” the win.

Actually, noob, I agree with you. The DEMOCRATS own the next hit. They’ll try to pawn it off on Trump, but the unwashed masses will have nothing to do with that. All they will see is that Trump tried to protect the country - and the Democrats successfully prevented that...not good if you’re a Dem having to answer for that policy.
Trump needs to stop tweeting about SNL and tweet what you just said.... About ten times a day. “If this court ruling stands all of our enemies can invade us at will.”
You are right. The democrats couldn’t care less about the refugees. They are goading Trump into ignoring the court decision so they can impeach him.
The decision by the 9th circuit isn’t final.
After the ruling, President Trump said “See you in court; the security of our nation is at stake!”

not just the Democrats, but these judges, and any one else who has thwarted the law being followed allowing illegal invaders and legal immigrant overstayers etc the whole mess of people who legally do not being here but are here.

The GOP disagree with the dims only enough to get elected. If not for elections they are all best friends.....
For every refugee that comes into America, two Mexicans need to be deported. Trump can make that happen via executive order. The court can’t stop him.
