No. I don't trust the courts. Just acknowledging their decision gives them power. Now it goes up the chain, and if it gets to the Supreme Court, and Judge Roberts pulls another 0bamacare, it will now be a RIGHT to INVADE the country.

He should have just ignored the law, fire anyone who disagrees, and gone straight to the nation explaining why he as president, has the right to do what he did. And WE have a right not to be invaded.
