Time for Trump to step in. Enough is enough with this whole lot. Rather than use force, I would rather use funds to put the hurtin' on them. We can also politicize the Justice Department and use them to go in and clean up the police force, or threaten to take over their responsibilities, like they have done in several cities under Obama's edicts.
