The House Democrats failed to have 1 Senator signature.
I am very happy we won but that doesn’t mean New York and California don’t still hold a huge number of electoral votes for them. And if they had a candidate that could walk and talk more than 10 minutes a day this may have been a different election.
what they’ve done by picking Hillary is give us a chance to cement a number of Swing States and blue states to Red for a very long time. That is the best part.

I could never vote for Biden. However he presided over this formality with grace, dignity, and intelligence. Many kudos to him. (I voted for Trump)

I live in NY (Staten Island), I love what the city has to offer and enjoyed working there 20 years, but there are too many idiots to overcome at this point.
I would think NV, NH and CO should be EASY wins if the economy does well. Pushing him over 320 and beyond. There’s Virginia and probably others I haven’t noticed that can turn red, at least for the presidency.

I agree. He's often pictured as a buffoon and his politics are all wrong, but unlike many Dems he has a decent streak and shows heart-felt compassion especially when addressing victims of tragedy.
Certification blow by blow
The tellers who took turns reading the certificates were Sen. Roy Blunt (R-MO), Sen. Amy Klobacher (D-MN), Rep. Gregg Harper (R-MS) and Rep. Robert Brady (D-PA).
The troll-like Brady, whom I had never seen speak before, was ill-suited for the role. He spoke too quickly and usually pronounced “electoral” as “electorial”. He seemed a man who’s calling was breaking legs for the mob on the streets of Philly.
Several House rats made challenges, no Senator signed any of them so they caused only minor delay.
Right off the bat Rep. Jim McGovern (D-MA) objected to Alabama’s votes on the grounds of “Russia”.
The swishy looking Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) of the DC suburbs objected to Florida on the grounds that 10 electors held a political office and this was illegal in Florida (obviously it’s not). Bonus points for bringing up a technical issue rather than whining about Russia.
Pramila Jayapal (D-WA, the new commissar for Seattle) objected to Georgia on the grounds of long lines or something, at this point Biden stopped letting them spout off and immediately started asking if they had a Senator’s support. Biden “It’s over”. She responded by starting to sing “The internationale” in Russian from the “Air Force One” soundtrack.

Maxine Waters (D-CA) objected to Michigan because “people were horrified”, I was horrified 4 and 8 years ago. She started whining about voting machines in rat-controlled Wayne county shutting down and they cut her mike!
Water’s soul sista, Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) objected to Mississippi due to “massive voter suppression”. Biden seems pissed at this point. A parliamentarian or someone standing next to him was reminding him of what to say. “The gentlewoman will suspend”.

Raul Grijavla (D-AZ) objected to North Carolina on due to “violations of the voting rights act”. Biden shut him down and then Raul started to cry and quickly inhaled six donut holes.
Lee also objected to NC.
Washington State is up, where there all those faith Shilly electors, I regret that Blunt was reading it instead of Brady. I would have paid money to hear Brady say “Faith Spotted Eagle” and then furrow his brow. There were some snickers and a clap among the members when Blunt was reciting the 70 different people that got votes for Vice President.
Waters objects to West Virginia for some reason. I think Waters, I’m sorry I have trouble telling her and Lee apart. One was wearing blue and the other red, this was the blue one. Maybe Biden mixed them up I swear he said the red one was from Texas, I’m confused. The blue one is better looking, I think it’s Lee, I don’t know. Who cares.

In WA 3 rat electors voted for Colin Powell for President and split their VP votes for SUSAN COLLINS, MARIA CANTWELL, and ELIZABETH WARREN. 1 Rat elector voted for FAITH SPOTTED EAGLE for P and WINONA LADUKE for VP.
In HI one rat elector voted for Sanders for President and Warren for VP
In Texas one GOP elector voted KAISICH/FIORINA and another voted RON PAUL/Pence. I presume, it’s not definite who voted for Fiorina for VP.

Between Maxine Waters and “Lee,” whether is be Sheila Jackson-Lee of TX or Barbara Lee of CA, “Lee” would be the better-looking one. I can’t think of many congresswomen that Waters would defeat in a beauty contest. I mean, there’s Rosa DeLauro of CT, maybe Nydia Velazquez of NY, maybe that new moonbat from Seattle ... Waters always could count on being able to beat Senator Barbara Mikulski, but she just retired.
Did they count one pres. vote for Sanders and one VP vote for Warren from HI today? For some reason Dave Leip’s site had the HI pres. vote for Bernie but not the HI VP vote for Liawatha.
