Norway has signed several deals in which the goal was to help reduce maternal and child mortality in the countries with high dødelighetsbyrde to ensure progress on the Millennium development goals. I may be going out on a limb here, but I seriously doubt the Clinton Money Laundering Foundation has done a durned thing about high dødelighetsbyrde.
