If true, should be 100 percent. Don’t Norwegians know about throwing away money?

If they reduce it by 100% they can't pretend that it had been charity in previous years rather than a thinly veiled bribe.

Last year came out to be $35 per Norwegian. Imagine if we had paid an 11 billion dollar bribe to some country's presumptive president. That's even more than we gave to Iran... probably.
