What if we finally get this scenario:

Underlings start to spill what they have known all along. Sherriff Joe and the Cold Case Posse are deputized officially by Rudy's DOJ to compel Hawaii to produce Obama's Birth records; State is compelled to produce prior Indonesian citizenship status, Colleges attended are compelled to produce college application letters + scholastic financial transactions - Occidental, Columbia and Harvard.

Let's assume what is finally revealed is what we have all suspected: Obama's fraud is exposed by Obama's own admissions, college applications made as a foreign student, falsified SSN usage for academic and job applications, scholastic transactions.

The American public realizes they have been scammed by a foreign agent/imposter to the point that a case is brought before the USSC which challenges every law Obama signed and every appointment he ever made as illegitimate because as President he served illegitimately.

His two USSC appointments, and the host of District Court appointments ram-jammed through by Reid, along with the expansion of the powerful DC District court, are all deemed to be illegitimate, and each of those positions is forcibly vacated.

Now your are looking at space for Ted Cruz, Jeanine Shapiro, and Janice Rodgers Brown on a Constitutionally restored USSC.

Let the de-construction of 70 years of liberalism through judicial activism begin!
