Alright I found a site that will tell you who follows who on twitter, but how do you see who they used to follow?

I am asking because Warren was listed as a “progressive friend” of Hillary in one of the leaked emails, along with Bill DeBlasio. DeBlasio is not following Hillary either, but I have no idea how to see if he used to in the past.
