Benjamin Taylor, 32, has been arrested and is being held on a $2 million bail in Southern Regional Jail, West Virginia. The man has been charged with the rape and beating resulting in the death of nine-month-old Emmaleigh Barringer, daughter of his girlfriend, with whom he lived. The baby’s mother has three older children who were apparently unharmed by Taylor.
On the morning of October 3, Amanda Adkins awoke early, around 4 a.m., after going to bed about six hours earlier. After awakening, she discovered the baby was not in her crib. She began a frantic search which ended when she found Emmaleigh naked, bleeding, battered and unresponsive in the basement of her home near Ripley, WV. She immediately called 911, but when paramedics arrived, Emmaleigh was not breathing. Although they were able to regain Emmaleigh’s pulse, she was placed on a ventilator and was soon pronounced brain dead. She had head trauma and had lost massive blood from the brutal sexual assault, which responding police characterized as “the worst sexual assault they had ever seen“, according to Fox 43.

I know of a Liberal woman Lawyer who got a man, who raped a child, off even though she knew he was guilty as sin. That lawyer is now running for President. I believe she used “The child enticed him” defense.

This man has got to be the most disgusting I have ever heard of, and that is saying a lot because there have been some extremely disgusting men throughout history.
If you check out the petition page, you will see that the petition goes to the WH and after you give your name and email address, there is a pre checked box that says:
“President Obama and the White House may send me emails about this and other issues.”
I hope no one reading this thinks anyone in the WH will even think of getting justice for that precious baby. Even if they did - a lame duck administration even having enough time left to interfere in a state issue with anything but headline grabbing? Now if it were gun grabbing ...
SkyDancer and I were speculating in general terms about how a lawyer would defend this scum sack, and you came along and wrote the defense attorney's script, including Bible references for the likely jury pool.
It seemed a reasonable question, given that a lawyer would do all they could to divert attention away from the perpetrator and blame everyone else.
This whole discussion actually is about how a liberal lawyer would defend this creep.

Given how pedophiles are viewed by the prison population, a lifetime in stir letting his fellow inmates have at him might be an even worse punishment. It would probably be a shorter lifespan than being on death row would be.
