Rumor Has It That ABC and CNN Are Feuding Hard Ahead of Next Week’s Debate
Mediaite ^ | 10/5/2016 | Lindsey Ellefson

For the upcoming presidential debate, the powers that be have chosen to go with a town hall-style set-up and two moderators. Those two mods are CNN’s Anderson Cooper and ABC’s Martha Raddatz and according to Page Six, they are beefing.

Specifically, each one of them reportedly wants to be the one who hits Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump with the hard questions.

Page Six reported that sources close to the two networks are describing the D.C. meetings between both networks’ producers, talent, and executives as “acrimonious at best.” Here’s the full quote:

Getting the two networks together has been a challenge. They are feuding over petty things, such as ‘Who does each particular topic?’ Both Anderson and Martha want to shine, to be tough on the candidates, and not to be accused of bias. There’s a lot at stake. So there’s a lot of turf-grabbing going on — attempts to box each other out to get the territory they are most well-suited for … They are supposed to be deep in rehearsals — the anchors and their teams have met a bunch of times, and the atmosphere has been acrimonious at best, at all levels, from the producers right up to the execs.

Cooper and Raddatz can’t be blamed for wanting this debate to go perfectly and trying to avoid the fate of Megyn Kelly or Lester Holt, who were thoroughly dragged through the press when Trump deemed them unfair and biased. Whether true or untrue, those allegations were a nightmare for the hosts and their networks, Fox News and NBC, respectively. Given that Trump has already sown the seeds of discord by suggesting all future debates will be rigged against him, Cooper, Raddatz, CNN, and ABC can’t be blamed for a little micromanaging.

Like NBC’s Lester and CBS’s Elaine, CNN’s Anderson Cooper and ABC’s Martha Raddatz will again demonstrate themselves to be the fifth-column leftist media skanks they are.

3 presidential debates
1 vice presidential debate

What I would suggest:

RNC chooses one moderator for a pres debate
DNC chooses one moderator for a pres debate

Candidates flip coin

Winner choses moderator for a pres debate
Loser chooses moderator for the vice pres debate

We need to get away from 100% Liberal moderators

Not to mention a majority of questions from a bunch of leftists in this townhall format. Reince Priebus needs to be slapped upside the head for negotiating these fiascos.

So this next debate will be 3 against 1 instead of just 2 against 1.

The media needs to be taken out of the moderating role entirely. They have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they can't do the job responsibly, and may in fact be colluding with one side to rig the outcome.

If they are feuding at all it's to decide who gets to be the next Candy Crowley.

"Check the transcript, Candy"

I just happen to have that exact quote right here Mr. President!

Everything my President said is true, Mr. Romney. And everything you said is a blatant lie and I am required to let the American people know.

NEENER, NEENER, NEENER, you big fat racist!!!

Didn’t Martha Ratsass “moderate” the VP debate with Biden and Ryan? She was awful and clearly biased. I remember the outrage on the live thread here.

My favorite Hillary question would be:

Mrs. Clinton are you really as awesome as everyone says you are?

It will be up to Donald to 1) reject the premise of a biased question and 2) swing it around to a real issue.

Discredit the media BIG TIME at least once, and hit Hillary time and again, especially with her smear campaign designed to distract from her issueless campaign.

Really. I expect Trump to preempt their plans within plans by tweeting out quotes of their bias.

Good. Maybe Anderson Cooper and Martha Raditz will get into an on-air debate, themselves.

First thing Trump should do is attack the Media/Moderators, call them on their BS in the previous debates and tell them straight up :” You will not hijack this debate”....I think standing up and being an Alpha male at the onset will be a winning strategy.

The more these Clinton enabler networks slam Trump and attempt to take him down, the more support Trump is actually getting from it. No way they will touch Hillary's emails, how FBI's Comey (and his brother) are vested in the Clinton Foundation, the miniscule amount of money actually going to charities from the Clinton Foundation, her foreign donors, pay for play, asking why Hillary did nothing to save those who died at Benghazi and then lied to their survivors when she denied blaming the attack on a video or how she and her husband ripped off the devastated people in Haiti and how democrats have left veterans to die rather than get them the treatment necessary.

If Hillary speaks of nastiness by Trump's campaign, there's Hillary's basket of deplorables, Hillary's taco bowl latinos, Hillary's super-predator blacks and Hillary speaking of Bernie supporters living in basements. All the cards are in Trump's hand. He needs to use them.
