OK.. I understand last year the U.N. trucks were in TX because they were made there. but, all this doesn't make sense.. scares me. Please tell me your thoughts because well it just is all very upsetting! Why does Obama have to still be in office & why is Soros able to manipulate so many things???
FOLLOWING IS THE ARTICLE:
Last September Joe Biden and Loretta Lynch announced that the Obama administration would be "working" with the United Nations to form a global law enforcement agency that would have policing authority inside of the United States.
Two years earlier the Obama administration signed the United Nations Small Arms Treaty in an attempt to "backdoor" the nullification of the Second Amendment.
The mainstream media ignored the unconstitutional aspect of these Obama actions choosing to ignore almost all of both stories while providing only a highly biased limited slice of coverage to the small arms treaty. When others in the alternative media covered Obamas illegal overreach of American law they were labeled as conspiracy theorists and their reports were dismissed as untruthful or unnecessary scaremonering.
But nowhere does the Constitution give the president authority to quarter foreign troops on U.S. soil. If anything, the presence of foreign military personnel within our borders qualifies as an act of war requiring the president to be responsible for their immediate removal.
Still, with the aid of a compliant Republican legislature, Obama went ahead with plans for a pact with the U.N. calling it the Strong Cities Network.
Fast-forward nine months and this was the scene on US Interstate 81 in Virginia last Friday:
"Can't begin to tell you how many of these I passed today on 81 near Lexington, VA. Interesting times ahead!" Jeff Stern Facebook poster
The materiel movement comes less than a year after the president's highly controversial Jade Helm exercises that saw him welcome massive amounts of U.N. materiel and personnel onto our shores:
There is no allowance in the enumerated powers of the U.S. Constitution that gives the president or any other branch of the federal government any authority to police American citizens. This has been left to the states and to their municipalities.
If anything, our Constitution's Framers believed that this relationship should work in the reverse and that it was incumbent on the citizens to police the government:
"What country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance. Let them take arms."
Thomas Jefferson, letter to James Madison, December 20, 1787
So what is the president up to? Local police forces and each state's National Guard units have proven more than capable of quelling civil unrest within their communities when they've called upon to do so and there is nothing to suggest that might no longer be the case.
For an answer to this question we can turn to this United Nations Careers job posting:
Two years ago the Activist Post had come across this listing and followed with this analysis:
"The U.N. is hiring a "Disarmament, Demobilization, and Re-integration (DDR) officer" for the apparent purpose of disarming American citizens as the "duty station" is New York City, USA.
"The U.N. defines "disarmament" as "the collection, documentation, control and disposal of small arms, ammunition, explosives and light and heavy weapons from combatants and often from the civilian population."
"The U.N.'s help wanted ad reads:
These positions are located in field missions of Peace Operations. The DDR Officer typically reports to the head of a work unit or to a senior official responsible for DDR operations in a field location, though this may vary depending on the mission structure. The focus of these jobs is to lead the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of DDR programmes, operations and other related activities in the country or region concerned.
"The definitions giving by the U.N. for the other activities appear to be nefarious in their own right:
Demobilization is the formal and controlled discharge of active combatants from armed forces and groups, including a phase of "reinsertion" which provides short-term assistance to ex-combatants.
Reintegration is the process by which ex-combatants acquire civilian status and gain sustainable employment and income. It is a political, social and economic process with an open time-frame, primarily taking place in communities at the local level.
"The want ad makes no other reference to a "country or region concerned" other than the "duty station" in New York which is also the location of U.N. headquarters.
"But if this position is indeed for field work in the U.S., it raises a whole series of sovereignty issues especially as it pertains to "the collection, documentation, control and disposal of small arms, ammunition" from the civilian population.
This job description sounds eerily similar to the work that U.S. troops were called upon to do in Kabul where they went door-to-door disarming Iraqis.
Today a number of independent reports claim that multiple C-130's and C-136's with U.N. markings have been landing at Barksdale AFB carrying U.N. troops. Several U.S. military personnel are reporting that upon arrival, "the UN troops are given US military clothing and name tags." To read more go to govtslaves.info. This is a measured and balanced must read that points out these troops "have no loyalty to our Constitution, they have no loyalty to the inherent rights that have always been ours as American citizens, and they have no basis for restraint in any action they might perceive as necessary, regardless of our laws."
It is highly unusual for presidents to overstep their Constitutional powers. It would be even more unusual for a president to do so with no purpose in mind. Coupled with the refusal of Republicans to challenge the president on this, or any other of his globalist initiatives, we are left asking what do they have planned?
On Wednesday, Attorney General Loretta Lynch announced at the United Nations that her office would be working in several American cities to form what she called the Strong Cities Network (SCN), a law enforcement initiative that would encompass the globe.
This amounts to nothing less than the overriding of American laws, up to and including the United States Constitution, in favor of United Nations laws that would henceforth be implemented in the United States itself without any consultation of Congress at all.
The United Nations is a sharia-compliant world body, and Obama, speaking there just days ago, insisted that "violent extremism" is not exclusive to Islam (which it is). Obama is redefining jihad terror to include everyone but the jihadists. So will the UN, driven largely by the sharia-enforcing Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the pro-Islamic post-American President Obama, use a "global police force" to crush counter-jihad forces?
After all, with Obama knowingly aiding al-Qaeda forces in Syria, how likely is it that he will use his "global police force" against actual Islamic jihadists? I suspect that instead, this global police force will be used to impose the blasphemy laws under the sharia (Islamic law), and to silence all criticism of Islam for the President who proclaimed that "the future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam."
What is a global police force doing in our cities? This is exactly the abdication of American sovereignty that I warned about in my book, The Post-American Presidency: The Obama Administration's War on America. The Obama Department of Justice made it clear that it was exactly that when it distributed a press release last week announcing the "Launch of Strong Cities Network to Strengthen Community Resilience Against Violent Extremism." In that press release, the DoJ complained that "while many cities and local authorities are developing innovative responses to address this challenge, no systematic efforts are in place to share experiences, pool resources and build a community of cities to inspire local action on a global scale."
So if the local and municipal effort to counter the euphemistic and disingenuous "violent extremism" is inadequate and hasn't developed "systematic efforts are in place to share experiences, pool resources and build a community of cities to inspire local action on a global scale," the feds and the UN have to step in. Thus the groundwork is being laid for federal and international interference down to the local level. "The Strong Cities Network," Lynch declared, "will serve as a vital tool to strengthen capacity-building and improve collaboration" i.e., local dependence on federal and international authorities.
Lynch made the global (that is, United Nations) involvement clear when she added: "As we continue to counter a range of domestic and global terror threats, this innovative platform will enable cities to learn from one another, to develop best practices and to build social cohesion and community resilience here at home and around the world."
This internationalist character was brought to the fore by the fact that the Strong Cities Network was launched on September 29 not at the White House or the Department of Homeland Security, or at the FBI headquarters or anywhere else that might be fitting for a national project, but at the United Nations.
Even more ominously, the DoJ press release says that the Strong Cities Network "will strengthen strategic planning and practices to address violent extremism in all its forms by fostering collaboration among cities, municipalities and other sub-national authorities." Sub-national and international: the press release then quotes Governing Mayor Stian Berger Røsland of Oslo, Norway, a participant in the Strong Cities Network, saying: "To counter violent extremism we need determined action at all levels of governance. To succeed, we must coordinate our efforts and cooperate across borders. The Strong Cities Network will enable cities across the globe pool our resources, knowledge and best practices together and thus leave us standing stronger in the fight against one of the greatest threats to modern society."
But what is that greatest threat, exactly? Remember, the DoJ presser says that the SCN will "address violent extremism in all its forms." It also says that it will aid initiatives that are working toward "building social cohesion and resilience to violent extremism." "Building social cohesion" is a euphemism for keeping peace between non-Muslim and Muslim communities mostly by making sure that non-Muslims don't complain too loudly about, much less work against, rapidly expanding Muslim populations and the Islamization of their communities.
The DoJ presser noted that at the launch of the Strong Cities Network, "welcoming remarks" would be offered by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Prince Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein and Mayor Bill de Blasio of New York City. The involvement of New York City's Marxist internationalist mayor is yet another warning sign.
Assert American sovereignty and individual rights. Contact your representatives now. Exhort them to oppose SCN now. Exhort them to keep America free while it still is.

Obama Administration Launches Strong Cities, Strong Communities to Support Local Development
Washington, D.C. Today, the Obama Administration launched Strong Cities, Strong Communities (SC2), a new and customized pilot initiative to strengthen local capacity and spark economic growth in local communities, while ensuring taxpayer dollars are used wisely and efficiently. To accomplish this, federal agencies will provide experienced staff to work directly with six cities: Chester, PA; Cleveland, OH; Detroit, MI; Fresno, CA; Memphis, TN; and New Orleans, LA. These teams will work with local governments, the private sector, and other institutions to leverage federal dollars and support the work being done at the local level to encourage economic growth community development.
Additionally, communities nationwide will be eligible to compete for comprehensive economic planning assistance through a grant competition designed to spark local innovation. By integrating government investments and partnering with local communities, SC2 channels the resources of the federal government to help empower cities as they develop and implement their vision for economic growth.
"Over the past two and a half years, the Obama Administration received feedback from leaders all across the country who described the kind of partnership that would be most useful to them for economic growth," said Domestic Policy Director Melody Barnes. "The result is Strong Cities, Strong Communities, an innovative new pilot that will help strengthen local communities while also delivering federal resources and assistance more effectively."
Added Senior Advisor to the President Valerie Jarrett, "This is exactly the kind of federal initiative that President Obama pledged to create one that respects the wisdom of local leadership and helps mayors and other local officials utilize federal resources more effectively. President Obama has consistently demonstrated his commitment to a robust partnership with America's cities and counties Strong Cities, Strong Communities is yet another example of this important partnership."
"We look forward to working with the federal government to find new solutions to challenges faced by Memphis and other urban areas," said Memphis mayor A C Wharton, Jr. "With the major activities in cities education, health care, transportation, housing all driven by federal policy, we must develop strategies that coordinate efforts, reduce bureaucracy, avoid duplication, and make it easier to link up with federal government in a way that ensures efficiency and accountability."
Through this pilot, the Obama Administration will focus on three key goals:
Improving the way federal government does business: Cutting through red tape and rationalizing the federal bureaucracy to help deal with the overlapping maze of agencies, regulations and program requirements that are sometimes confusing to local governments. Providing assistance and support working with local communities to find ground up, not top down solutions: Providing on the ground technical assistance and planning resources tailored to local governments' needs and helping them use the federal funds they already receive more efficiently and effectively; and Partnering for growth: Developing critical partnerships with key local and regional stakeholders that encompass not only municipal and state governments, but also new partnerships with the business community, non-profits, anchor institutions, faith-based institutions, and other public, private, and philanthropic leaders.
Parcari on "Strong Cities, Strong Communities"
"Strong Cities, Strong Communities is based on the simple idea that because change happens at the local level, we should cut red tape and make it easier for cities and states to realize their visions for the future," said U.S. Department of Transportation Deputy Secretary John Porcari. "That's why here in Memphis, we will be providing full-time onsite professionals and encouraging new partnerships with foundations and universities to empower communities to solve their own problems."
In addition to building the capacity of local governments, SC2 aims to encourage partnerships among local community organizations, anchor institutions, businesses, foundations and government agencies, helping to leverage federal investments and increase impact. The four components of SC2 include:
SC2 Community Solutions Teams: Community Solutions Teams comprised of federal employees from several different agencies will work directly with cities to support mayors in Chester, PA; Cleveland, OH; Detroit, MI; Fresno, CA; Memphis, TN; and New Orleans, LA. Community Solutions Teams will assist cities with issues mayors have identified as vital to their economic strategies, including efforts to build on local assets, strengthen regional economies, develop transportation infrastructure, improve job-training programs and support community revitalization.
In Memphis, the CST will be composed of representatives from the Department of Education, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Justice, the Department of the Treasury, the Department of Labor, and the Small Business Administration.
SC2 Fellowship Program: A complement to the Community Solutions Teams, a new fellowship program will select, train, and place early- to mid-career professionals to serve multi-year terms in local government positions to give cities additional capacity. An intermediary will be selected to run the fellowship program, and Fellows will be selected through a competitive national process. The Program will be funded primarily by philanthropic partners; the Rockefeller Foundation is providing $2.5 million in initial funding. SC2 Economic Planning Challenge: In addition to the six pilot locations, SC2 includes an Economic Planning Challenge designed to help additional cities develop economic blueprints. This national grant competition will enable cities to adopt and implement innovative economic development strategies to support comprehensive city and regional planning efforts. Six cities will be competitively selected to receive a grant of approximately $1 million that they will use to administer an "X-prize style" competition, whereby they will challenge multi-disciplinary teams of experts to develop comprehensive economic and land use proposals for their city. The Challenge will be administered by EDA, and EDA will assist cities in the administration of the competition.
National Resource Network: Pending authorization of funding, the National Resource Network (NRN) will aggregate public and private resources to provide a broader set of cities, towns and regions with access to a one-stop portal of national experts to provide holistic policy and implementation support. Once funds are secured, HUD will host a competition to select an intermediary to run the NRN. Cities, towns and regions will apply to get access to the NRN, and outside experts will apply to be able to provide consulting services through the NRN. A menu of customized and comprehensive technical assistance in a variety of policy areas will be available to communities, delivered through on-site training and staff development. The NRN will also foster peer-to-peer learning to strengthen the network of urban practitioners and thinkers.
SC2 pilot cities were selected on the basis of economic need, strong local leadership and collaboration, potential for economic growth, geographic diversity, and the ability to test the SC2 model across a range of environments. Federal assessment teams spent time on the ground working directly with mayors and other local officials to determine needs, opportunities and gather input for the pilot initiative. No it’s not. We actually do build things here, and then those things get shipped, and yes some of those things are built for the UN.
Those “UN” trucks were spotted several months ago, not last week. The OP is incorrect.
Did the US have another “Operation Rampage”, or whatever, cross the US SouthWest this summer?
Bingo!
Blue helmet = excellent target.
What is going on?
I want to believe this is all just smoke.. Please tell me if you thinks this information is just to be dismissed. But, still something doesn’t add up.
Ponder: Is the possibility of Trump winning the
Presidency motivation to escalate One-World Government/ Nation Without Borders plans?
I wasn't aware that armed Iraqis were a problem in Kabul.
Do they still wear those faggoty blue helmets? I could use target practice
That opens up a whole new avenue that is new to me, and providing a little more credibility and removing it from the realms of pure conspiracy lunacy.
“Blue helmet = excellent target.”
Beat me to it lol
Ugh! Not this BS again. All the nut jobs are going to be posting this for the next two weeks.
This job description sounds eerily similar to the work that U.S. troops were called upon to do in Kabul where they went door-to-door disarming Iraqis.
******
Okay.
Blue helmets. It’s what’s for dinner.
;^)
5.56mm
UN troops are a joke. Whenever they encounter real fighters—the PLO, Hamas, etc.—they run for the tall grass.
send to Trump and Diamond and Silk. Shout it loud!
This group has all of 25 members.
Worldwide.
This is more BS that has popped up in the wake of the Michael Brown incident. There are more initiatives and groups and agendas, many from the DOJ, to root out the racist police, and by proxy, those racists Caucasians.
This is all nonsense, fear mongering. The UN does not have troops who are doing law enforcement duties in the US.
The FOP and IACP would be on this like a hat...
BTTT
smells like a hoax to me, mom...not by you, but upon you.
don’t fall for it.
