Brock Turner may have a short stint behind bars, but he’ll have a lifetime ban from the pool.
The former Stanford swimmer who was convicted of raping an unconscious woman on campus will be barred for life from any USA Swimming-sanctioned events, the national aquatics organization said this week.
“Brock Turner is not a member of USA Swimming and, should he apply, he would not be eligible for membership,” USA Swimming announced in a statement to USA Today.
“USA Swimming strictly prohibits and has zero tolerance for sexual misconduct, with firm Code of Conduct policies in place, and severe penalties, including a permanent ban of membership, for those who violate our Code of Conduct."

He was not convicted of rape.
Nobody really knows what happened at all except in the last few seconds except for him. Well maybe not even him since he was drunk out of his mind too.
The girl admits she doesn’t remember anything. For all we know his story about it being drunken consented sexual tryst could be true.
He very well could be guilty or guilty in parts of what he is accused of but the facts of this case and what happened and to what degree are a lot more murky than what the media bandwagon is trying to whip up.
The judge presumably knows more about this case than almost anybody commenting and there is no evidence that he wanted to ‘let him off the hook’ other than ‘gut feelings’
He is still being punished, including the main punishment of being labeled a sex offender for life and having his name be infamous permanently.
Cases should be decided based on facts, not social media inquisitions. Especially inquisitions that the left is trying to parlay into a political advantage by pushing the fictional ‘all men are evil’ angle and for more guilt presumptive laws.

There were two witnesses who chased him down. One broke down on the stand having to testify on what he saw. This dude is a jerk. He only cared about losing his swimming spot.
They only saw the last few seconds of the encounter. I agree that he may be guilty but this case should not be decided based upon how emotional someone gets on the witness stand it should be decided based upon facts. Unless you agree with the Left on using this as a tool for their narrative that all drunk sex is rape by men.

Sorry but if you thing this case is a spun case of all men are evil you clearly have an intellectual or emotional defect.
There is no way you can take even his version(s) of events and walk away with the belief that he didn’t himself know he did something very wrong.
This isn’t a case of blacking out waking up beside each other and going oh crap. Did we? I think we did? Do you remember anything?
Youth and alcohol make for a bad mix often, but this isn’t a case of morning after regret being called rape.
and maybe that judge will be sanctioned or whatever they do with judges.
i don’t think this judge was following guidelines & it seems to me something is askew with the judge.
So why did he run when confronted?
As bad as things can be, as horrible as situations can become, there are lawyers who are able to make things much, much worse. Like the victim I have learned this the hard way.
I hope the defendant’s council enjoys their 12 pieces of silver earned defending this POS. They will come to learn what their works earned for them when this life is over and the eternal one begins.
I will endeavor to remain far away from them, the defendant and his parents, away as far as possible for fear of the Lord’s vengeance when their time has come.
I have two questions:
Was she ever tested for the date rape drug?
After his arrest, was he swabbed to see if there was vaginal fluid on his private parts?
