Nobody really knows what happened at all except in the last few seconds except for him. Well maybe not even him since he was drunk out of his mind too.

They only saw the last few seconds of the encounter. I agree that he may be guilty but this case should not be decided based upon how emotional someone gets on the witness stand it should be decided based upon facts. Unless you agree with the Left on using this as a tool for their narrative that all drunk sex is rape by men.
