It says 9 raisins for knee pain but I have 2 knees...
Also have 2 sore shoulders, hips, ankles, elbows, wrists, all my fingers and toes are sore too and most and my 55 vertebrate. Comes to 195 raisins but going to round up to 200 and hope my digestion improves too.
