The Indiana blogger, Gary Walsh, was found dead by apparent gunshot to the head in a stairwell outside his office in Indianapolis. Next to his body was a gun.
Gary Walsh exposed a great many corrupt politicians in Indiana, who were shredding official documents. Too, he exposed the photo of Raphael Cruz, Sr., handing out leaflets while accompanying Lee Harvey Oswald in New Orleans, from 1963.

Has it ever been confirmed or even seriously entertained that Raphael Cruz was the man in the photo with Oswald? I’d be willing to bet that the FBI put a little effort into identifying the guy.

Rose Cheramie was found dead on 4th September, 1965. At first it appeared she had been involved in a road accident. Later it was argued that she had been shot in the head before being run over by by a car in order to disguise the original wound. However, the Louisiana State Police Memo reported: “Cheramie died of injuries received from an automobile accident on a strip of highway near Big Sandy, Texas, in the early morning of September 4, 1965. The driver stated Cheramie had been lying in the roadway and although he attempted to avoid hitting her, he ran over the top of her skull, causing fatal injuries. An investigation into the accident and the possibility of a relationship between the victim and the driver produced no evidence of foul play. The case was closed.”

Thanks - Interesting story. What I did notice was the National Enquirer didn’t use words like allegedly or supposedly in the publication of the Cruz/Oswald photo. That would lead me to believe there is more truth than fiction behind the story.
Jim Garrison did when he was investigating Oswald...and yes they said it was Cruz Sr. I will take Garrison’s word on that...
I'm not counting Maine as that was a caucus state and a lot of weirdness went on up there. I haven't read a Stephen King book in a while - is any of his recent stuff good? My favorite Stephen King book was The Shining but I'm not entirely happy how the movie adaptation turned out. I think the movie adaptation was over the top.
Due to the highly volatile verbal sparring on Free Republic between Cruz and Trump supporters, I have not written anything concerning the results of my research of the past six months.
Papa Cruz is a very interesting person. A person named Rafael Bienvenido Cruz passed away in the late 1970s, and there exists the possibility Papa Cruz has been using the dead man’s name for...whatever reason! As long as Sen.Ted Cruz stays out of the Republican race for the Presidential candidacy, I see no reason to pursue further research.
The Senator is facing Federal legal problems with his “creative” campaign funds. Getting his legal issues and citizenship issues straightened out at this point, is more important than trying to prevent Trump from being the Republican candidate IMHO.

But Cruz’s father was targeted by Batista - they beat him up when he was in custody. That does not sound like he was CIA.
However, I can imagine why Putin would want people like this dead and to blame it on the CIA
