I just said it in another post, and I will say it again here in light of this disturbing lunacy going on within the Cruz campaign hitching the wagon with, I believe dangerous, mentally disturbed cultists such as Glenn Beck.
My point is regarding the Church of LDS (Mormons) at this juncture, being if analysis of the Utah results shows that persons such as Glenn Beck are now the opportunistic and cultic deranged SPOKESPERSONS FOR THE CHURCH OF LATTER DAY SAINTS and the “leadership” of this sect does not come out and PUBLICALLY DISAVOW BECK and his ilk as not the voice of LDS, then as far as I am concerned the entire LDS is an anathema to me for the rest of my life, and I think I will not be alone.
I predict all this will cause long, long term damage to that Church and cause America to have a jaundice eye regarding Mormons and suspicions for decades to come.

I would not believe that. As another poster pointed out in a recent thread, I believe that one of the factors for Cruz's victory in Idaho was the high number of Mormons there. (This link says that "Idaho has the third most Mormons of any U.S. state (after Utah and California), and the second-highest percentage of Mormons after Utah.")
Idaho went to Cruz after Romney made his Trump-bashing speech, and you may think there is no connection between all the Mormons there, Romney's speech, and the results there in Idaho, but I believe there is a connection between them.
Now, regarding Mormon Glenn Beck, I was trying to find out if he was a bishop, or had some other elevated status within the Mormon church (either active or retired/released), which might cause some Mormons to hold his exhortations relating to voting choices in higher regard.
He might be called into the nursery next.
