It worked for you as well? I have to try this. Yeah he use to have a gut and I didn’t see him for 2 months and when I saw him again the gut was gone and he said all he did was cut out bread. I just don’t get the connection though between fat and bread, I would think cutting out meat would cut out fat more than bread but I saw it with my own eyes, he no longer had a gut.

Bagels have kept the Jews alive for 2,000 years! How could it be wrong for us Christians? Wow. Talk about no fun; Metmom said nothing about Jews or Christians -- only that when she cut out wheat, the weight dropped off.

There’s a great book out by Dr. Davis called wheat belly. It’s all about giving up wheat because what we eat now is not the same kind of wheat used to eat.
